BATCHOY ON A RAINY DAY!!! When there is rain I'm wanting to come by in batchoyan.. because I like to sip in a soup bowl I've got a story to tell..Once upon a time... I was with my workmates and joined them in a resto then I ordered their special batchoy.. it was my first time to come by and try that recipe they're offering. After a minute... The batchoy served to us was superbly delicious I can tell! The noodle was fresh and the sliced meat, egg, and chicharon as toppings were just too many. But it was the soup that has a special taste which made us crave for more. The server must have sensed it that she gave us another bowl of batchoy soup for free! because it taste so good! How pleased we were! We were very full when we went out of Batchoy ni Tatay.
