Nachos for dinner, i was having difficulties in eating because i changed my meal diet and sometimes it feels awful coz i do workouts to gian weight and muscles but i need to aet some certain foods to feed my growing muscles.
Earlier this day i went to the gym by using a bike and by riding with this little cutie, lovable and clingy pug. Very relaxing and i am so happy that i saw her happy too.
Time for a cheat day haha, it’s my favorite Philippine street foods. Haven’t been tasted this food for a long time due to health reasons, but today is an exception day 😅
Peebee’s body now is getting back to her shape. Months late she’s been on diet for health purposes and because of some skin problems, in result of that she needs to diet but now she’s getting better 🙂

Mixed nuts for my snacks, i am a fan of nuts and my favorites are pistachios and cashew. The rest nuts is fine. 😋
Look what i got!! My matcha powder stirrer arrived. This is perfect for my Matcha flavor drinks in my cafe. Also it looks durable, hope it will last long 😄
My toiletries stocks arrived, very cheap. Got this on deal and it’s satisfying, i thrift almost half of the price compare on mall prices. Plus it has freebies. Love it!
Gym time, haven’t been posted anything about my gym routine for a few weeks now. I got so busy with the shop and now i am finally free a little bit. I changed my schedule at the gym and also my meal plan.
Last night’s quick ride from the shop to another shop. I tried some food from other cafe’s so i can compare the food and drinks i served in my cafe. So far it went well 😁
Iced coffee for now, i need some extra energy to survive the whole day coz i have a lot of things to do. From gym to cafe, from cafe to my laundry’s 😅 from laundry to dogs and so on. Goodluck to me for today 🤣
Happy Independence Day Philippines 🇵🇭 I hope it's a real deal 😅 Maybe history tells itself but in reality, I really don't know and who knows. I will just live the best of my life and do what is best.
A throwback picture from year 2016, back then i was fond of travelling to different places like beach, falls, mountain and anywhere related to nature. This was in Atulayan island, it has a fine white sand with a perfect view of sunset. Missing this place 🙂
Haven’t taste it for a long time, loving this food. I remember when i was still a child i hated this food and now i am a grown woman i love this. Is it a sign that i am old now 😂

Oh my, she keeps on getting fat hahaha maybe coz she was too lazy and keep on getting lazy noe that she’s adult. I guess I can’t force her to move.
Hitting the gym today, i was alone early this morning. Maybe because the weather is gloomy and this is the time that staying in bed is the best thing to do hahaha but not for me 💪🏻
One thing i like going to the gym is this kind of view 😅🥰 So motivating 🤙🏻 The problem is wherever i go she keeps on following me 😂 Cute isn’t it?
Simple coffee latte ☕️ I keep on trying different types of coffee latte and there’s no difference in taste, just the presentation. Important thing is that its tasty 😋
The main job of pug is sleeping all day 😂 Second is eating, third is farting 🤣Yeah that’s right you hear that. But they are the sweetest dog I’ve ever had.
Personalized new coffee recipe by one of my colleague in airsoft. It’s a combination of caramel syrup, caramel sauce and freshly grinded coffee with milk. I used the espresso machine for my one shot coffee ☕️Just perfect as i want to be.
Refreshments for today, mix of lemon, a slice of apple and orange and a fruit tea bag. You should try this one it’s amazing, i just tried to combine these fruits and it tastes so good 😊
About last night’s food. Cheesy seafood and mushy saucy mushroom 😋 It was ate pau’s birthday and we had a little get together with the team. But it was a very private gathering. Still we had a great night.
Hahaha this made me laugh, i was downstairs and when i get back i saw them like this. How cute is that, you see your two pugs sleeping with rug each of them haha. Cute and funny, they never failed to amazed me 😅
