Got my new flavor for cafe. It’s so hard to find this online, i chose the cheaper one that’s why. I am exicted to try this flavor for coffee. Later i will try it, hope it taste good.
Bambi at the gym yesterday. She was playing, running and jumping around the gym. After an hour she got tired and just lay down 😁

My companion yesterday at the gym. After few days of not going at the gym, i totally get the chance to workout yesterday despite of the busy days. It’s tiring and stressful. Good to be in.

Fresh drinks after grind at the gym. Still on summer vibe here in PH and this is perfect for refreshment especially me after getting some high adrenaline of exercise. It’s a combination of american lemon and cucumber with a little stevia i used as sweeeter. Perfect!
Me at the gym gym earlier, it’s a leg day today so my legs got so used and it’s more powerful now compare before. I think i can go a distance hiking coz i feel that i gain more strength now with the lower part of my body. It’s hard but it’s more rewarding.
This is Chowie the one with the hairy fur, it’s a chao-chao breed. A little moody breed but a very loyal one. The other one at the back is Peebee my sweetest pug. Very clingy and sweet. Love them both.
Yesterday i prepared some treats for Yumi the one at the back, peachy the one in the middle “the most playful” and Polo my male pug. They are always excited whenever they see me with a treats in my hands. Cute dogs isn’t it?
This is the youngest pug i had, Bambi. The most destroyer and playful hahaha, Very cute but you don’t know what Bambi is capable of doing and you better not know hahaha. Sweet dog though.
Dining in at Cafeza, the new foodhub in town. I ordered some sandwich with chips and meaty spaghetti 😋 Paired with mango shake and it’s perfect. Cheat day for me 😅🤭

My leg day, I’ve been trying so hard with the legs since it’s the most difficult day for me and i know for those who go to the gym too pr do some exercises regularly. You know pain 😅

My new reusable straw arrived earlier this day and yes it’s a glass one. I have this already but the aluminum type. Now i want this too, next time i will purchase the bamboo material. Good catch 👌
Yesterday’s salmon for lunch, i am not really a fan of raw fish but this one is so delicious. With some cucumber garnish 🥒 and lemons. Next time i will try the other fish called “Uni”. Seems tasty too but we’ll see ☺️
Hahaha i was so laughing when i took this photo. She was so playful yesterday at the gym to the point that she’s biting everything she sees. I put her in the chair and that was her face after. Like “please put me down or else…” 🤣🤣🤣
The new partner in sleeping time , Peebee and Chowie” 🐶They love to sleep and they can ignore everything the whole day. By the way, Chowie is one month pregnant now and hoping for her healthy pregnancy stage.
New coffee flavors for cafe shop, i have different varieties of coffee in different roasting process. Hazelnut is my favorite and robusta is for my iced coffee drinks. I ordered mocha and caramel for my new recipes. ☕️
Coffee jelly for the win, this is my all time favorite in Chachago. I already tried this recipe for my coffee shop and not bad for a beginner. 👌
Dinner for tonight , Dragon Fruit smoothie and vegetable wrap. I put some yogurt on the smoothie to blend the sweetness and sour. That vegetable wrap contains cucumber, tomato, some cheese and garlic sauce with salsa 👌
I think i got the wrong guard for a vault 🤣 One thing i learn today, never ever try to open the AC when you want have a guard dog, you’ll end up getting rob 😂
