Multiple level or layer, that is how our structure in the office. I already gave instruction or direction to a staff on my team, however, my colleague who is a Manager of another team, still set a meeting to my senior staff. Then again, I am invited in their meeting, repeating my instruction to my senior staff. That is how happy and active we are in the office, sometimes contributing to inefficiency or redundancy....or worst stress 😁.
