We tried walk-in today for Comelec transfer registration but the venue was close w/out prior notice, the SG advised us to proceed instead to another mall...we drive there but again there is no slot for walk-in...so instead of murmuring because I file a leave for this today, I take a chance to drive around our city instead and enjoy the good weather with my wife...here are the photos...
