I'm a registered and active voter since I graduated from College, but I am wondering how will the system improved. There should be a central data where we can still vote irregardless if we transfer locations or residence without going to meet or visit the Comelec office/officer. Time check 640AM, first 100 allowed to enter the venue...waiting from advise what time will be the next 100 or 200... Good morning Noisers...
