Sunny afternoon yesterday on a mall deck while waiting for my wife and son while they are being vaccinated. Malls have so many open deck area that are normally filled with shoppers but not this time. In yesterday case, mall inside are only filled because it's used by the government as vaccination centers. Good Morning Noisers.
