Have a haircut hours ago after frustration on Comelec registration this morning. A total of 500 registrant were only allowed although we reached the place at 630AM, cutoff achieved for walk-in, some arrived at midnight...I edited this photo I took from the wall of the Barber Shop...this is an original wall sketch of a local artist in black and white and I put some colors on it using an apps... Targeting to continue my voters registration in our city before 30th deadline...if not, I will be oblige to vote in my former place of residence... Good afternoon Noisers...
