Since yesterday, our government decrease the pandemic level to its lowest, level 1, now we are back to our almost pre pandemic work condition. The playing field is now full of players who were for two years stuck on homes, most are now outdoors. Good morning Noisemates.

" Bulalo", a local food primarily made of beef meat and bones is popular here in the Phillipines, a specialty to most of restaurant. Though It's soup and bone marrow fat are sought after, this is an unhealthy food for those who are hypertensive and have a high BP. I usually eat the cabbage and potato ingredients of this meal.
