Acidity is one of the most common problem around us . Not eating healthy food or not taking food on time can lead us to acidity . We should be more conscious from the beginning or it can turn into Ulcer . There are some foods that can remove acidity in a few days .

Ginger : Ginger is the most effective food rich in anti-inflammatory ingredients. Ginger is able to solve gas problems, heartburn, digestive problems and acidity problems quickly. If you have flatulence and gas in your stomach, crush raw ginger and eat it with salt, you will find a quick solution to the gas problem.

Yogurt : Yogurt contains a variety of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus, Acidophilus and Bifidus. All of these beneficial bacteria help digest food faster as well as destroy bad bacteria. So eating yogurt improves digestion and reduces gas. This is why eating yogurt after a meal is quite effective.
