I introduce myself: my name is Jose Arevalo and I am a Venezuelan in Peru

As I said before, I am a Venezuelan abroad, I have been outside my native country for 4 years and I have been able to visit and get to know 3 more countries, Colombia, in which I lived 2 months, then Ecuador that I lived 9 months and now Peru, that I have been living for almost 3 years. Throughout this adventure I have specialized in the cuisine of Ecuadorian and Peruvian food. It has been an incredible adventure because really, I did not even know how to cook and I was able to become a chef in 3 great restaurants, with a lot of effort and dedication. Due to the pandemic I had to make slight changes in my profession, because the possibilities of work in my branch of profession were almost nil. and immersed myself in the world of the funeral home. I know that it is a bit scary and maybe something difficult to process ... but with this work I have learned a lot of things about life (something ironic) but anyway. My intention with creating my profile on this great platform is to tell you a little about my life, everything I have learned about the kitchen and the things that being a funeral worker has taught me and the change of perspective that all this has given me.
