Why did I took that risk?
I took a risk two months ago... Not really sure where I want to go... Two months ago when I decided to resign from my current work. I know that it's very hard to find a job right now especially that it's pandemic. But what can I do? I'm not happy anymore. I don't know how did it started. It's just like I woke up one day and everything I'm happy about with that company is gone. I got tired from all the unending complain about us not wanting to dirty our hands, about not loving the school, and about us taking advantages of the school. Well, here's my answer to that. Not because you don't see us cleaning and doing some gardening doesn't mean that we don't want to dirty our hands, we're actually planting and cleaning out surroundings it's just that there are no CCTV cameras installed there. We don't love the school, I don't think so. Most of us doesn't even have time for our family because we spend most of our time in the school, Monday to Saturday. We take advantage of the goodness of the school? I think it's the other way around. There's a labor code about 8-hour work day but we're in the school 9 hours a day from Monday to Saturday, sometimes it's only half day for Saturday. There's also a labor code about double-pay during holidays but we go to school and we're not receiving any additional pay. And out of all the sacrifices we're making, all we hear are your rants about us. That's why I don't regret making that decision.
