Scientists discovered 82 moons of Saturn Saturn is the first planet with 82 moons. In year 2019 Scientists discovered 20 new moons of Saturn. Before the discovery of 20 moons it had 62 moons. After this discovery Saturn is the planet with most moons. Jupiter has 79 known moons. So researchers appreciate people to take part in naming of Saturn moons. A special telescope called "Subaru Telescope. by the help of this telescope 20 new moons were discovered.
