Sometimes it is better to live away from mobile phone to relief your mind and working as normal. I noticed I used mobile phone for many hours in past. Now I realize when I stopped this activity due to busy activities in teaching. In the evening I spend my 3-4 hours continuously in teaching Children and I don't use mobile during teaching. After that my package is almost gone and I sleep early. That's why I cut off myself from noise cash due to busy days. My daily posts limit have decreased. I will try to interact more in my free time.
