Having a family of it's own is one of the biggest dream come true for every people, especially it that family is complete having a lovely wife and also a having a wonderful children of your own. As i believe that having a lot of money and almost the wealth and powers in the world is all in your hands, but it is all worthless if you did not have any children of your own that after you have died or vanished in this world there is no one that you can give or pass all that you have in your life. As having i also believe that having a children will complete a one family that you as a parents have an inspiration in life that everything you are doing is you will dedicate all in the end to our children.
I can say now that I'am very lucky in this world and thankful to GOD, first because he let me experience to live here in this beautiful world of ours as we all know that our life is just borrowed from up above. Second that he leads me to a very wonderful family of having a very good and kind parents as well as very good and supportive siblings. And third that he has given me his guidance for me to grow up as person that is GOD fearing and even though i have some flaws i still managed to make my life as where as i'am now. And to be able to have the chance to build my own family for having a very beautiful and lovely wife that i could not ask for her anymore because everything that i looking for and needed is on her that if lose her maybe i would lost my life and not be able to live again. And our blessings in life has been really complete when we are blessed by GOD with two handsome and adorable sons, which are Allen Maverick and Antoine Messi.
Being a parent is not an easy task that usually some youngsters think nowadays. It is not just like you eat a food then after your tongue got heated and you will just put it away in your mouth. Being a parent is you put need a love first in the family that you build so that your family will blossom with love all over your home. As my wife role as mother is a very hard job compared to a usual 5 to 8 job, as the duty of the mother is not require a shift or schedule as it has endless responsibilities with the house duties is 24/7 aside from being the first teacher before school to gyide them in a good and proper way. And as a father who is always busy in working just to provide for his family what is better for them.
And in these pandemic being a parents to your children has been a lot much bigger task for everyone especially to those parents that have lost their jobs like me due to the global crisis that the whole world are experiencing right now due to the pandemic. But I really very thankful to read.cash that i found their website that i was able to make my dream come true to be a writer be like, as i'am enjoying what i was doing here and at the same time be able to earn an amount of money that is really a big help for me and my family.
As for now our youngest Son Antoine Messi was in Grade 1 and was doing very well in his online class and continue to be an honor student and a very good son. While our oldest son Allen Maverick now 14 years old is an incoming Grade 9 Student that is about to start his classes tomorrow which also going to have a distance learning class. I could not say anymore with Allen because he is a good son to us but our only problem with him is his playing a lot of online games in his cellphone which is mobile legends that i think a lot of youth are getting into it. For everyday on this summer he always focus on his playing with mobile legends so i just put an limitation on it as i cannot stop his habits because when i was in his age i was also playing a lot of video games that time. But today i tied to said to him that please help me because I'am busy today helping his mommy on washing our clothes, that i said he write an article here in read cash. The adventures of Koming the cat
One day Koming the Tuxedo cat is wondering his village trying to see other cats and after 5 Minutes of adventure he saw 5 cats one has broken face his nickname would be Dead Face and which is also a wild cat meow!!!! and 3 Munchin cats 2 female and 1 male Then Koming see a beautiful cat which we call Komang and their names is Based on the Covid 19 pandemic and suddenly the 3 Munchin cats attacked Koming And he run so fast and he looks so scared and tired but Komang have go to Komings Cat box and they decided to go on a date because each time i see them and a few Minutes they will be gone they are not going to Komangs house because of the 3 Munchin Cats and the poor cat i named Dead Face still did not get any medicine or Treatment for his Broken face and meanwhile back to Koming after about 25 to 30 Minutes they will be back and act as nothing happened and Komings hobby is to Catch some mouse and when he catch one he will immediately eat its brain when You see him doing that it will really disgust you and the only part that Koming will Eat is the brain and he will left the dead corpse in there and lick his paws then drink Some water and will scratch some Styrofoam and boxes which will result into a huge Pile of mess and as a punishment he will have to stay there and do not move for 5 Minutes and in food his most favorite food is of course fish when ever the food is Fish he is so hyper and excited to eat and a lot of meow meow meow!!! of Course every cat hates water so to give him a bath you must lock the door at the bathroom So he cannot escape and the funny thing in him in bath its his meow turned into Meowu!!!! and finding an escape he even tried to open the door and you can see his Cute small paw trying to open the door like a human after bath he will continuously Lick or groom himself till he get his self dry again and will continue to play and sleep His routine each day he poops and eat and play and have some sunlight take a quick Nap then scratch the Styrofoam and boxes then eat and a lot of nap and play with us Then in the 3-4:00 pm he and Koming will go on a date and act as nothing happened Then play and nap and scratch watch some cat videos and sleep and that's his daily Routine till one day we see Komangs stomach is so huge which means the cat is Pregnant and Koming is just a 1 year old cat his birthday is at August 16 and Komang Haven't delivered the kittens yet and one day while koming is outdoor he saw a Black cat and it seems they are friends and the black cat jumped high from the Ground to the roof and Koming seems so surprised and he tried to do that but he Always failed then he go home and never see the Black cat again and one day while He's outdoor a white cat approached him while hes having a nap and attacked him He is a friendly cat and does not like fighting because its rare to see him fight and he Did not fight instead he just run to home and its a feral cat then he did not now that The white cat has a brother but good thing is its not a feral cat as he then one day a Mysterious cat appear and its a spotted cat with a greenish coat and he always Meowu!!! till the 4-pm and one day he attacked Koming while hes sleeping and Immediately run and continue in Meowu!!! hes so loud and luckily after 1 week hes Gone or back to his house and that is what he thought till the day he attacked his Wife Komang who is Pregnant and Koming attacked him with a quick punch and he Managed to land a strong and solid punch then we call him meowtra from the Lego Ninjago which is really looks like him the same coat and spotted then. 2. Snakes
A lots of people are taking care snakes and make them as their pets because a lot of them is not so dangerous. But this is different story if you take care of some snakes are deadliest and poisonous. This snakes are attacking without any reason they are also called hats, that needs experience and professional handler that are use to this kinds of snake because they are very dangerous. Even the copper snake that they are saying the most safest snake are still giving intense pain and sorrow when you were bitten by them. But even though a lot of people knows the big danger in taking care of venomous snake there are still a lot of people doing it even if they really don't know nothing on it. And maybe one of the reason because it is legal to do it in lots of other countries such in the United States which also you can sell snakes depends on which state you are. Also based on the recorded incidents of snake bites, this is only dangerous to all those taking of snakes. Big wild cats can manage to eat people, they are always featured in the news when they eat their handlers. Even though there is some incident that happens it is not always happen. Actually two times a year it happens in the United States, from 1990 until 2012 twenty one people was have already lost their lives because of the wild felines that usually playing but they are not well trained by their handlers the accident occur. Mostly tigers are the one who are attacking the humans because tiger have the most numbers of wild cats that has been captured.
4. Bears
Even though they are very cute, bears are very dangerous they are very smart and fast. Bears are strong like Big Cats and they also like meat, But bears also have an interest on approaching to humans, actually there is a lot of number of cases of bears breaking in to the houses of people. This is the reason why it is very big concerned the bears that escaped to the public compared to other big cats that are not prone to human. The species of bear that usually make as a pet are called Black Bear but also they are ones of the reasons for bare human attacks. Almost all of their victims are their trainer or the ones who are taking care of them. They usually attack when people are cleaning their cage or surroundings. Just like Brent Candra who attempt to clean the cage of a bear on August 2010, and he died in just a young age of 24 when he was attacked by that bear.
5. Chimpanzee
They can eat what ever kind of foods. laugh when was been tickling and can use body language. The chimpanzee are the most dangerous exotic pets in the world. They are biting, scratching and attacking. This animals are not really domesticate they have complex cognition or have much higher ability to understand things on their surroundings. That is why they are lots of incident of their kinds escaping in the zoo. Because they also know how to use door knobs and to remove locks. But only not their being smart are their weapons in this world, but also their extra ordinary strength and sharp tooth are one of those weapons of the chimpanzee. They became more dangerous when they are the age of 6 to 7 years old. They are attacking by biting some body parts of humans, not always because of their aggression but because they are playing with their victims. Usually their owners are their victim. If you think that only damage that the chimpanzee could do to you, they said on 2011 one female worker has lost her 3 fingers after two chimpanzee attacked her. Before that a pet chimpanzee whose name is Sueko have escaped and break in to a couple of houses and have destroyed a wind shield of one police car.

1.ACCEPTANCE
How can you move on if only just simple things that already gone is you could not do? Acceptance that is no more already, that it is over, no more second chance and he already have another by her side he don't like it anymore. Yes you still love her but no possibility for it to happen, sometimes there is a feeling that you want to bring back the relationships again, but you are already there to the fact that you already accept it that she will come back or no you already accept it. Because once you have accepted the truth that it is over, then it is the start to move forward on your own life.
2. IMPROVE YOURSELF, FOCUS AND LOVE YOURSELF
Start to improve your self, go to a make over . But not for her and for any other people you do it for yourself. If you are okay not only emotionally, physically and all the aspects of your life that you need to improve and fix you must do it all. 3. DO NOT TAKE REVENGE

Just like what i have said to you earlier you just enjoy yourself, enjoy the time for your self that was gone that has been wasted when you are still with her.Because once you have taken revenge you can hurt someone, and you could hurt yourself either so the situation will get worst. And in the end he is not even affected on what you have done.
4, DO NOT STALK
In my personal experience before in my past relationships. Why? because I did not stalk i don't care i do not care at all of my ex. Control your feelings of thinking of her. because some other's i don't know if they really giving punishment of their selves that too much thinking will get hurt of their feelings. Especially if you already in the middle of the process that you almost there to move on. Then you try to stalk, then all of a sudden you are back to square one again.
5. BE WITH YOUR FAMILY

There is a lot of different creature in the world that have different unique identity and abilities. Animals that can manage to change their colors to camouflage, and also there is an animals that could still live even with out there head attached. And in this article of mine i will share to you the 10 animals that could incredibly do that.
1. Cockroach
Dirty and creepy that are the first thing that comes to our minds when we talk about the cockroaches, but they have the abilities that could really amaze you. They can survive for about one to two weeks even with out it's head. How could it possibly be? It is because of the passage way of the blood in their body. They will not die because of lack of blood because it is very fast to heal the part of their head that was damage. Another reason is that they are not taking they're breath in their head and also what is really amazing is they breath through the holes in their body that was called spiracle, but because that they do not have their head after a while they will die because of hunger and drought.
2. Frog
One day Jim Flemming and his team go to a one forest in Connecticut to collect some information on a research that they are doing. Then suddenly Jim saw a one frog that is jumping around on their foot and things. It is normal because they are on the forest, but Jim and his team we're all shocked when they look at the frog and to found out that it has no head. At first it is just looks normal, but if you look closely on the head part that supposed to be have eyes, nose and mouth are covered only with his skin. It is a mystery up to know on what happen to the frog, but actually he survived and can still managed to jump around.
3. Salamander
Do you know who Harry Potter is? If you watched or read about it already salamander are of the mysterious beast character here. In the story they are looks like lizard that are living in the fire it originates in the belief on the salamanders that they can make and survived through the fire. But what the real reason why they are mysterious is because when the part of their body was cut, for example legs it still can grow in a small period of time. And there is no trace of anything of what happens to them, same like before seems like nothing happen. They have proteins in there body that is the reason why the part of their body was cut is still growing. They did it in total of 4 years like the salamander and octopus it can managed to grows back also the part of it's body that has been cut. So if an adult flatworm you will cut into 5 parts so 5 different flatworms will evolve.

If you are thinking that bees can still live and fly after they died then you are wrong. The bees will remain dead, but they can still manage to bite you. Their delivery system is still functioning that operates the poison on their bodies even they are already dead. This means for example, you have seen a bee that have just died and after you holds it will still react and the sting will sticks to you. Because the sting of the bee are not connected on it's brain that is why it looks like they have their own minds when they are disturbed or have sense danger. So if you are thinking to picked up a dead bee you know already that this is not safe.
7. Flies
Have you tried already to balance your walk while your eyes are closed? So it very hard to move when you did not see anything, but the flies are different especially the lady flies. Even with out heads the lady flies can still do what they are usually doing when normal. Like walking and flying, even the male flies are still courting the lady flies that do not have head. 8. Turtles
Their lives can reach up to 80 years or more, but what will happen if there is no oxygen? That is why the turtles can live until 6 months even the lack of supply of oxygen in their bodies.

In these times of pandemic a lot of people has been really affected in all aspects of life particularly in the financial status of an individual or his family. Even you are rich neither from the poorest of the poor are affected every one has his own hit and effect in life that this pandemic brought to the people all over the world. A lot's of businessman have temporary or totally closed their business so that the effect of it is a lot of people and individuals have lost their jobs. For example here in my country the Philippines since last March our government have implemented lock downs and restrictions to people to go outside and get inside of each community, closing all the non essentials establishments and closing all the public transportation.
These implementation causes of losing a lot of jobs for many individuals in my country and i like to mention the public utility jeepney drivers that until now some of them are not been allowed to go back in their usual form of transport in some of their routes. Some them already have no income coming on their pocket that leads some to ask money on the streets to the passing commuters and they used the money they collected and use as a capital to buy some vegetables and fruits and sell them and the income they will get they make part each of them the money for them to be able to buys foods to feed for their families.
In my experience as working as an OFW that i was sent home by my company back here in the country and not to able to finish my contract because of the pandemic. And at first i was really worried especially to the future of my family that how can i manage to be able to survived on this challenging situations. But as i look at the situations of other people like the Jeepney drivers i considered my self still lucky because i still have my life which some people already commit suicide, I still have a home to live for me and my family unlike others that are homeless because they do not have a money to pay for their rent, that we can still managed to eat three or more times a day compare to those who are begging money just to buy for food to eat. And most especially i still have with me my faith in GOD that is the reason what ever challenges will come is i will able to conquer and deal with, unlike others who have lost already their faith in GOD and lost hope in this situation.

Since the read.cash have removed the pointing system in their platform I've seen and read lots and lots of articles that are very entertaining and have a very nice content. And that challenges me to push more to do some interesting and good articles like others did. Well in this article of mine I'am sure that you will be amazed on this article of mine that i will share to you. It is about the places in the world that did not experiencing sun set and it takes for a lot of months. It is really hard to think and to believe but this is the reality. This places are very in the North Pole part of the world, that is why they were faced in the sun it took a lot of time again before they experience sunset. I'am sure that you are interested already to know what places are this. So lets get it on!
*FINLAND*
Finland is very famous and known as the happiest country in the whole world. It is because the quality of service that the Finnish are getting from their government. One example of this is having a free education on all levels even until College. The Finland is also the country who drinks coffee the most, they can drink eight up to ten cups of coffee each day. It is called the Land of Thousand's Lake because these country have 187,888 lake in their territory. These country did not experience sunset for a total of seventy seven days when it is summer time, that is why you want to go on Finland for a vacation to experience the long time of not having a sunset you should schedule your stay in the month of April until August.
*ALASKA*
You will also not experience the cold dark night from May until June here in Alaska. This is where you could see the longest and shortest sun rise in the whole wide world. In Bero Alaska when the sun rise on the 10th of May there will be no more sunset for almost three months. But when the sunset on 18th of November it will not rise again for two months. Besides of that Alaska is also known for a place that have too many glaciers. Aside from the glaciers the view of the mountains of Alaska is very nice the snow on top of it while it was hitting by the sun light.

You can experience the sun here for seventy six day from May until July. And for sure you will get tired from looking it because you will see it for 20 hours in a single day. While from the 23rd of April until 23rd of August the sun are shining on Svalbard, Norway because this is place is can be seen in the Northernmost part of Norway also in Svalbard you have to carry a weapons when you are going out and it is prohibited by the law of the government it is for the protection of the people from some aggressive bears in the place. They are also known as the happiest place on earth that you should live.

Canada is known as the second biggest country in the planet. they are next to Russia if you are going to measure the total area. Additional information is including to total areas are land, air and the aquatic territories. One of which they are very known for is their weather that have a very cold weather. You will be amazed because lots of places here are has been covered by snow for almost a whole year. There is not sunset in Canada for 50 days when they are in the summer season. In Canada also you can find the longest coast line in the whole world, which was recorder with the total length of 202,000 kilo meters.

You can also see the sun in Iceland in the months of May until July which you can see in the horizon of Iceland. It also said that it is very nice to live there because there is a lot of beautiful views and places it also becomes more beautiful and looks like paintings when it has sunlight. This country is very interesting because you could not find any forest or a McDonald's restaurant any where you search. The people here does not use surnames. And they are the last in the world to have permanent sectors or people that become their permanent residents it is because, Aside from this Iceland does not have Army, Navy or Air force and even the policemen does not carry any guns because of the crime rate here is very low.
*SWEDEN*
The sun in Sweden is not sinking until midnight and it will rise again on the time of 4:30 AM that is why you could see the residents here to eat their dinner late at night that is usually around ten in the evening. They are used to in this habits because they are not experiencing late of time because of the presence of the sun. Beside from these a lot of forest you can be find in these country which according to some research almost fifty percent of Sweden are forest part. But what is really the scientific explanation why these country does not experience sunset.
The country that not experiencing sunset is normal to those who are near in South Pole and North Pole. It also said that the planet earth is slightly tearted that is why when the earth is rotating and the other pole is been hit by the sun the other pole will not experience it. That is why the country that is near to North Pole and also the continent of Antartica that is much near to South Pole are much longer experiencing sun. After so many long times of evolving of Planet Earth there is a lot epidemic or pandemic have struck the world. All the scientist and medical researchers have been long time debating on either which they will called the correct term of Pandemic or Epidemic? But what thing i know the truth behind it that is a spreading of a disease.
For time past being sicked are won of the worst situation that could get your money or saving gone. Or what else for that who can not afford for hospitalization which mostly cause loosing of their lives. Sickness does not choose anyone either you are young or old or even rich or poor. As i believe to the saying that " Health is Wealth" so we should always take good care of our body and stay healthy. And on this article of mine i will showcase you about some of the deadliest epidemic or pandemic that struck the world and takes a lot of lives of people.
*Antonine Plague 165AD*
This one of the first sickness that hits the planet earth this Antonine Plague has tallied a total death of 5 Million all over the world. That until these modern era the cause of this disease are not yet discovered. This disease is also known as the "Plague of Galen" it is a first pandemic that affected Asia Minor, Egypt, Greece and Italy actually it looks like measles but according to which i mentioned nobody knows the origin of this disease. It was actually brought by the soldiers coming from Mesopotamia Army going to Rome on 165AD in an unintentional event they have spread the disease that take the lives of more or less 5 Million people all over the world.
*Plague of Justinian 541-542*
This disease killed 25 Million people the cause of thus disease is the 'Bubonic Plague" or also known as Black Death. It says that this disease take the lives of almost half of the population of Europe on that time. It is an outbreak of Bubonic Plague that have cause of the suffering of the Byzantine Empire and Mediterranean Port it has record as the first struck of Bubonic Plague in the history. It has been remarkable for the early people living in that time as it called an outbreak because of it's peak of 5,000 people have died every day.
*Black Death 1346-1353*
It has been said that around 75 to 200 million are the casualties of these disease. This is also the cause of the Bubonic Plague just like the Plague of Justinian in start of 1346 until 1353 it strucks the Europe, Africa and Asia it was believed that it was originate in Asia this disease was spread through continents by continents brought by the fleas of the rats that usually carried by merchants ships or ships of the traders. The ports of the cities that time are one of the perfect breading ground for the rats and their fleas, that is why it has evolve a deadly bacteria that destroyed 3 continents of the world.
*Third Cholera Pandemic 1852-1860*
It has a death toll of 1 Million the cause of this is Cholera or the problems with the small intestine, it was considered as one of the most deadliest of the seven cholera pandemic that was been recorded in the world like the first and second cholera pandemic. This third cholera pandemic was originally came from India that spread to their rivers and then as it enters Europe, Asia, Africa and North America that kills the lives of more than one million people. John Snow who is a British Physician is the one who discovered the cause of this disease the contaminated water that has been drink are the means of having these illness. But even though it was discover but it is still a little too late because on 1854 the worst year of this pandemic that take the lives of almost 23,000 in Great Britain.
*Flu Pandemic 1889-1890*
It has a death toll of one million. The cause of this is the influenza or flu. Originally called as the "Asiatic Flu" or "Russian Flu" it was think as an outbreak of Influenza A that is a virus sub type H2N2 but in the recent discoveries that it was the caused of Influenza A virus sub type HRM8. The first cases was on May 1889 in three separate locations Bukhara in Central Asia, Athabasca in Western Canada and Greenland. The rapid growth of the population in the 19th century only helped the virus to spread faster and not so long it has spread all over the world this is the first epidemic in the era of bacteriology and cannot be denied that even though it takes too many lives but also we learn a lot of lesson from it.
*Sixth Cholera Pandemic 1910-1911*
It has a death toll of 800,000 the cause of it is the cholera like the other past 5 incarnation of cholera this sixth pandemic is again originally came from India and then spread to Eastern Europe, Middle East, North America and Russia. this has been the source of the last era outbreak of the Americans in 1910-1911 of heath authorities. From the previous knowledge of the past diseases they have isolated the infected and at the end only eleven person have died in the United States.
*Spanish Flu 1918*
It has a death toll of 20 up to 50 million the cause of this is influenza in the middle of 1918 to 1920 it has recorded the most deadliest influenza in the history. That infected the 1/3 of the population of the whole world and take the lives of almost 50 million peoples. It has believed that there are 25 million deaths on the first 25 weeks of it's outbreak. The difference of this from other pandemic is that the target of this disease is the healthy young people, while the while the children has been safe and others that have a weak immune system. This flu has been believed that was originated in Spain that is why it is called the Spanish Flu. But there in not enough documents that can prove it. It was struck on the First World War the second wave of this pandemic is likely more deadly compared to the first one. The soldiers who are suspiciously infected of the disease is mandatory ordered to go to a crowded places that has been the cause of another spreading of the disease.

The estimated numbers of death has been different and unreliable depending on the source. This disease is more popularly known as the "Hong Kong Flu" this is a result of the H3N2 string of the Influenza A virus from it's first reported case of July 13, 1968. And after seventeen days another case were reported in Singapore and Vietnam in the span of three years it has already reached India, Philippines, Europe, Australia and United States of America. There is a believed that 15 percent of the population of Hong Kong at that time has died because of these disease, and almost a total of 1 million from other countries that has been infected.
*HIV/AIDS*
It has a death toll of thirty six million. It was first discover on the Democratic Republic of Congo on 1976. It is really a global pandemic to be called as it has killed more than 36 million Since 1981. Up to the date there is 31 up to 35 million people are living with the disease of Aids, majority are in the sub Saharan Africa which 5 percent of their population there are infected. There is a lot research and studies have made to cure this disease, fortunately it has able to managed compared to before. According to data 28 percent of fatality rate has go down. The NBA legend Magic Johnson is one of the famous personalities who are infected by this disease. It can actually get by having a not safe sex intercourse.
And now in our present days we are facing another challenge in our health and it is now can be called a global pandemic which is called the Corona Virus. It has originally started in the province of Wuhan China on December 2019. This virus has been rapidly spread all over the world because it is just new and no one have an immunity. Even though it is started in only in China it spread very fast all over the whole world now. It was declared pandemic by the World Health Organization on March of this year. And it cause for mostly of the countries to declared some lock downs on each of every community but still continue to spread up to this very moment of time. Up to now the updated number of infected of the virus in the world is 34,159,232 infections, 1,018,792 total of fatalities which 25,430,552 have already recovered from the virus. For now no one could tell the out come of this pandemic situation that we are facing right now not until a virus can be made. So while we are waiting for it we all must be take care of ourselves and always follow to our government health protocols of wearing mask and face shield and observe social distancing. Benefits of walking after every meal
After you finish eating what does you usually do? What usually a lot of people do after eating is just sit around, just lying around on the couch watching television, but this is not actually god mostly in our health, much better is to do is rest at least five minutes, then after 5 minutes of rest you should walk around at least stand up and do a rounds of walking slowly slowly at least for ten minutes, i did not mean for you to go jogging but much better is walk a little after eating. I'am saying it because it has benefits and in my article i will discuss to you these helpful benefits that you should know and after knowing it i hope you should try it.
According to some professor of Exercise Science of George Washington University it has a lot of studies already. Mostly to those people who are diabetic, obesity problems, with high blood and high blood sugar after you eat a meal usually what happens in a normal body of a person the blood sugar is getting high in one to two hours. So when it gets high this is not a good condition that could destroy our body condition. So how we can lower the blood sugar? It does not easily get rid of medicine especially when you are not taking some. So after you eat walk around slowly slowly about ten to fifteen minutes base on the study if we walk around after we eat at least we are standing so will not get baby fats. Because when we are walking are body is moving and it gets mild to moderate exercise what willl happen the glucose the sugar will be used by our muscles. So when our body use the sugar our blood sugar will get lower. So our organ will not be damage. So walking slowly is the best exercise even only at least fifteen minutes the more chance we avoid of getting high blood sugar.
Another benefits it bring is to have better digestion in our body, you are not constipated and better bowel movement and it also lowers our acids inside our body, the indigestion and heartburn. For example we just finish eating a meal and we eat to much then after we lying down or we sit directly so what will happen is the food cannot be digested, but when we stand and walk our intestine moves faster much faster we can digest the food in our stomach so it will not go up. It is actually called the "post meal walk" it does not says to do jogging what it says is just is to walk slowly which can also lowers the cholesterol. And one thing more based on the studies our blood sugar usually raises high in the evening. Because it says that in the evening people's usually eat a lot, then after eating direct to sit on the couch or goes to the computers are the time a lot of people gets fat and gets a lot of kind of sickness. So in the night much better after taking dinner it is more good to stand and walk around slowly slowly so that at least the blood sugar is not very high, you are helping your body to lower the blood sugar, to digesting, to move the intestine. And also studies show that vigorous exercise after meal is not advice. Lets you just finished a meal and you exercise a lot your blood is going to your muscles. And if that's happen the blood in your stomach are missing and could not digest the food so better only little and slowly walk is enough.
And to one thing that there is a saying that you will get appendix if you run or walk after every meal this is all wrong belief. Just walk at least ten to fifteen minutes if you want more time much better it depends on how your body can copped up. And lastly also based on the studies and lots of research around the world, your walk of ten to fifteen minutes after a meal is much more benefits you could get from it compare to walking 45 minutes, 3 hours after eating and that is a fact. The Kuranda Scenic Railway will be found in the country of Australia this railway was built around 1891 who will be not amaze of it's beauty that you will see around it when you ride on it was called Scenic Railway because it was passing through in the middle of Baron Reserve as passing through you can see big trees and one falls that actually you can be splashed by the water of the falls when your window is open and it such a very nice experience. But the railway is among of the deadliest railways in the world because it was built right exactly on the edge of a cliff and if you are afraid of heights maybe you could not manage to ride on it's train. The most dangerous part about it is when passing through the nearby town of Kuranda because it could cause a landslide that the rail road foundation could collapse on this part when a heavy strong would come.

A 3 kilometers long of railway was built on top of the ocean just to connect the Chenai at Rameswaram in India. But even though they built it very high still cannot avoid the railway to be flooded by the water of the ocean, that is why people could not take away their worries when the train is about to pass through on this part. But for you to see the beautiful views the train must go through the very narrow part of the railroad. For the train to pass safely they must follow the minimum speed that was implemented which need to be very slow or instead it could lead to an accident.

It was said and advice'd that you should have a distance of 500 upto 1,000 feet away from the railways of train for people to be able to stay safe, But i think nobody could stop from the people of Maeklong in Thailand because they have managed to put up a market place in the vicinity of the Maeklong Railway. The opening and the closing of the market place are together with the first and last train that passes on the railway on that same day. It has also been a famous tourist destination, but the people who wants to go there should take extreme care for themselves because they can be hit by a rushing train in any given moment.

The Struggle of commuting in the Philippines
Having your own car has been such a necessity nowadays for you to go wherever you want or anytime you want either on a special trip or also in case of emergency. And if you don't have any kinds of vehicle or cars that you can use there is an alternative way of it, and that is to commute on public transportation through public vehicles you can ride such like here in the Philippines are tricycle, public utility jeepneys, public utility buses, taxi's, and some private grab cars and also some trains such like MRT and LRT.
But when the pandemic strikes the whole world the transport sector have been really affected as all mode public transportation have been not allowed to operate and temporary stop operations due to higher increase of transmitting the virus. So lots of people who especially are working and only relying on the service of public transportation been really affected due to that implementation by the government which led some people to buy a bicycle of their own and make a habit of bike to work from their workplace and some are much worse way like sacrificing to walk for 1 hour to 3 hours or more just to get to work. And also who have those motorcycle which at one point the government not allowing a back ride and if they want a back ride only allowed is your wife and must have a protector barrier which for me is really no brainer idea.
And then on June 1 the government has put Metro Manila places in the General Community Quarantine which is a more lightly rules and regulations of this new normal and one of those rules are the opening of the economy and to open the public transportation. At for the tricycle operations they made a new rules such as allowing only 1 passenger every trip which was very different before the pre pandemic operations of the tricycle which the normal passengers are up to 4 persons maximum. While in both buses and public jeepney's and also train transportation have also opened but limit the passenger capacity to only 50 percent of the vehicles. And prior to this opening up of the transportation the government held by the Department of Health mandatory ordered that all who are using or avail the public transportation must wear a face mask along with a face shield and social distancing with 1 meter apart from each every person as a passenger.
And i would like to share my personal experience about this matter which i can say the transportation especially on commuting is really a big struggle here in the Philippines. Yesterday i go to Manila in our agency office there to report about my working update back on board, Since i don't have an vehicle or motorcycle i was just commuting to get on where i want to go so i leave our home early at around 8 in the morning and ride first a tricycle and at 8:10am I was already catching a bus to ride to go to our office but unfortunately it was very hard to ride a bus because lot's of commuters like me are awaiting for a bus to ride and second almost all the most passing are already fully occupied since they are not allowed to have a full capacity on their buses which is make very hard for us commuters for almost one hour of waiting around 9:05 i finally rode a bus. I feel so stressed on that scenario that i almost give up on whether i can ride a bus this situation now is very concerning especially to all commuters like me. I know it is very hard for the government to resolve this issue because of the pandemic they cannot bring back the normal operations of transportation and maybe if they do that a lot of people will get infected of the virus as this enemy is invisible and we cannot see who have this. As what we can do now is to be careful always on what we are doing and always be alert and to follow the health protocols by our government. Let's all be keep safe and just sacrifice for now as everything will be comeback to normal as this pandemic will end soon.
Miami Heat road to NBA Finals
It is official already the NBA Eastern Conference has also finished and the Miami Heat wins it against the Boston Celtics in Game 6. And are now on it's way on advancing to the last step of the season the NBA Finals whom they will meet the Champions of the Western Conference the loaded and mighty Los Angeles Lakers. The Heat last trip to the Finals was on 2014 when they were eliminated by the San Antonio Spurs that time the Miami were lead by the Big 3 of Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh and LeBron James that whom are now playing for the Lakers which they will face in the Finals.
The Heat's line up now have a very big difference compare to the last time when they reached the NBA Finals that before are mostly loaded with lots of veterans but now they lots of young guns which consists of Tyler Herro, Bam Adebayo, Duncan Robinson, Derrick Jones Jr. and to add up also Kendrick Nunn. While their veterans are Jimmy Butteler, Jae Crowder, Drogan Dragic and Andre Iguodala who is set to enter on his six straight finals appearance way back from his Golden State Warriors tenur e which he got there 3 Championship rings and now attempting to add one more on his resume.
The Miami Heat have lots of off season moves to be able for them to build a contender team like where they are right now, but before they entered in the Finals a lot of people do not believe that this team can make it all way long up to this moment and considered them as one of the biggest surprise because also they face the league leader in wins in the whole NBA and upset them in 5 games, and up to this very moment some individuals are still shocked on the achievement that they made now. Robinson is a two way player for the Heat while Adebayo which from Kentucky has been named an All Star this year.
The team has a very good chemistry on the regular season has they finished as the number 4 seed on the Eastern Conference and some believe that this is because of Jimmy Butler that became his leader compare to the last season that they don't have a gut like Jimmy that could be a total leader on his team as he did it on Miami which been a very good move for him than his tenure on other NBA Teams that he played, In the re start of the NBA bubble the Heat only won 3 games out of 8 total games played like the Lakers standings in the re start which they did not force the situation because they are already entered in the playoffs plus the fact that there is no home court advantage that would be make because of the pandemic which every game was played in the Bubble in Orlando.
In the playoffs they face in the first round the Indiana Pacers which the fans and some analyst said that it will be a match up between Jimmy Butler and TJ Warren that at that time having a very sensational exposure of his talents in re start of the bubble games that would be a very close and exciting match up but unfortunately for the Pacers they were sweep by the Heat in the series. In the second round they face the number 1 team of NBA Milwaukee Bucks which lead by the reigning back to back MVP and Defensive Player of the Year Giannis Antetekounmpo. The Heat prevails early on the first 3 games and Giannis has been injured which the Heat totally take advantage to finish the series in Game 5. But there is a twist in this series Tyler Herro which have been dubbed as the most hated NBA player in Milwaukee was playing for the Heat and beat his hometown by being member of the Heat that before he suffered a lot of harassment from the fans because of not playing for the College team of his home town instead he played in Kentucky. And in the recent East Conference Finals they face their rivals the Boston Celtics which they last faced in the East Finals on 2012 that goes down the stretch until game 7 which the Heat won as LeBron James leading the team that time. The series has been a tough one for the Heat compare to the last two they got the first two wins after the Celtics game three, and the Heat and Celtics have one game a piece on the next two games before the Heat finally close out the series today in Game 6 and play again in the NBA Finals since 2014.
Both LeBron James and Andre Iguodala will played in the NBA Finals for the 5th time for the last ten years of the NBA Season. But according to critics the really much anticipated in this Finals Showdown is the battle between the two young guns and future face of the NBA Tyler Herro and Kyle Kuzma because of their nice game play at their young age and and adds up their good looks for the girls to look out for them. The planet earth is composed of 70 percent of water and there is not yet 5 percent of this waters have been discovered, there is still a lot things are not yet discovered in the water and seas. And of this are the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle or much popular known as the "Devil's Triangle" or "Hurricane Alley" it is a loosely defined region in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean. The vicinity of it is in the center of Bermuda,Florida at Puerto Rico. There is a lot of theory that was born here such as there is an Alien, tornado, paranormal activities and even monsters of the sea like the Kraken but all of those are just theories. But in 1944 in the middle of World War a Japanese pilot have experienced something while he was in the battle between the Americans he said that he saw a giant sea monster while he was passing through the Triangle, he said it was like a giant serpent that swims very past in the ocean and have a big triangular wings and it is 150 feet long, because he is the only one that saw that thing it was speculated that he just made a story.
The first incident that was recorded of a missing aircraft was on July 10, 1945. When Thomas Arnold Garner together with him are 11 crew members was lost in Bermuda Triangle, they left in Naval Air Station Florida around 7:07 PM on July 9, 1945 for the Radar Training going to Bahamas. The last radio position report that they have was send on 1:16 AM on July 10, 1945 after that there were no more heard reports from them. That leads to have a extensive 10 day surface and air search but they did not found any trace or debris about their aircraft.
The next incident that happen here was on December 5, 1945, Which was the flight 19 it was a group of torpedo bombers, they started on 2:00 PM using the TVM type aircraft the leader of that flight is United States Navy Lieutenant Charles Taylor who has already a experience of 2,500 hours of flight, together with the 13 trainee pilot. The plan of the flight was first go to east to practice on bombings, after that they will go to East going to Bahamas and at the end of the course going to North. After that they will go back to Naval Base in Florida. The weather that time is good and at 3:30PM Taylor has messaged that his compass in not working well and he thinks that he was in Florida Keys, 3:45 PM the last time that Taylor voice was heard but at that time his voice is worried and confused. in his messaged he said that he could not see an island and it seems that they was lost and at that time there are still no GPS System. 4:45 PM on that day confirmed that Taylor along with the other pilots are confirmed missing. 7:27 PM from the Naval Base Station they flight 2 Martin Mariner Planes that could land on air and water to conduct a search and rescue operations. But same like the first incident they failed to found any trace of the flight 19.
The most intense incident that happen was on March 4, 1918 when 306 crew and passenger which supposed to go to Baltimore Maryland from Barbados they are on board on USS Cyclops at that time and all of those peoples were never able to return and was missing and no news on what happen and where they are now.
On 2017 this the latest incident in the Bermuda Triangle it was on May 15, 2017 when MU-2B aircraft was lost on the radar 59 miles of Eleuthera an Island of Bahamas the debris of the aircraft was seen and recover by the United States Coast Guard.
All in all since the start of the first missing incident in the Bermuda Triangle there is a total of 25 incidents which is very concerning and a total of 923 missing individuals. The sea is full of mystery and especially these Bermuda Triangle. There is a lot of speculation about what is really the truth behind this all incidents and are there aliens or anything? Or it is really just an accident that we could not find the victims because the seas are very bigger what ever it let just hope and pray for them where ever they are and hope that there will be no more accidents happen in the Bermuda.
LeBron James delivers on his promise
Last March 24 2019, LeBron James posted an announcement on social media about his promise that he will end the drought of his team the Los Angeles Lakers of making it to the NBA Playoffs he post it after his first season on the team that he failed to bring his team on the playoffs last year a first time in his career after a decade of always being in the post season.
And on this year season LeBron delivers on his promises that despite of the economic situation all over the world his Lakers ended the drought and make it to the playoffs and clinched the number 1 spot on the very strong Western Conference. But it did not stop there when the Lakers Legend Kobe Bryant due to a helicopter accident in January of this year. And in this tragic event this more pushes the whole team and organization of the Lakers especially James to bring back their glory days of the franchise as they last won the NBA Championships last 2010 with Kobe Bryant leading the way at that time.
And after that happen to Kobe leads another promise to LeBron to make as he promise not only to his team but to his friend and good friend Kobe that he will win the Championship trophy back to the Lakers land that a lot of people has been focused on what he promise especially his bashers.
And today that promise was just 4 wins away from becoming a reality as the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Denver Nuggets in Game 5 of their West Finals via score 117 to 107 that leads the team to comeback in the NBA Finals the 10th time for James in his whole career and will just be waiting for who is going to be their opponent in the East as the other match up is still undergo between the Miami Heat versus the Boston Celtics which the heat have a 3 games to 2 advantage and Game 6 is scheduled to play tomorrow. This series have been tough for the Lakers as even though they only win it in 5 games the Nuggets has been a very tough team and has been ready for the challenge that before this game has been wishing for another miracle as before they go to the West Finals they go through a 2 game seven game and hope to make it 3 in a row but today luck has not been on their side. James out powered the whole Nuggets as he registers 38 points, grabbed 16 boards and dished out a total of 10 assists for his 27th total career triple double in the play offs which put him in the second spot in history behind 30 of Magic Johnson.
Now the Lakers are on the clouds for now when they received the Western Conference Champions Trophy. Will as James said that the promise have not been totally delivered as they need 4 more wins to capture the NBA Title and deliver the promise that he gave to Kobe Bryant and aside from that his own reputation by capturing his 4th NBA Title in his career as for now he is the most talented basketball athlete in the planet and we just wait and see if he can really do what he have said and promise.
A new Herro was born in Miami
A couple of days ago we witnessed the Miami Heat win against the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals in the on going NBA Playoffs which all the games are held in NBA Bubble in Orlando Florida via a score of 112 to 109 in favor of Miami which leads them to a 3 win to one advantage in the series and only needed one more win to reach the NBA Finals which they last been there in 2014 with LeBron James playing his last season in Miami.
In that game we witnessed a coming of a new hero in the game of basketball in the Miami Heat organization as for before in their past they used to have a superhero which as dubbed as the "Flash" which is in the person of Dwayne Wade which they originally drafted in 2003 as their 3rd pick in that Draft class and able to lead the team as a playoff contender and able to give the Heat 3 NBA Championships in his tenure with the Miami Heat.
Well back to our main man in my article the new hero that i have been saying that now Miami Heat has got is Tyler Herro he does not compare or rated to any superhero fictional characters same as Wade which is dubbed as the Flash, but on how he plays the game at his very young age. And in that Game 4 against the Celtics he showed his heroic act as he scores 37 points which is his playoff career high for now, and also made an history in his effort which set as the most scored point by a youngest player in history at least 37 points which made him the most youngest on the list as he did at the age of 20 and 247 days and that performance at his young age sees him as the new franchise player of the Miami Heat.
Drafted by the Heat as the number 13 pick in last years NBA Draft Herro has played his High School Basketball in his home town in Whitnall High School i his hometown in Milwaukee which his father played also a basketball player he became the star player of his team and then committed to playing for the College Team of his hometown the University of Wisconsin but after that he changed his mind and de-commited on playing on Wisconsin and instead played for the University of Kentucky which make a hard time for him as lots of people from his City is angry to him which leads him in lots of troubles that there is a time a person hang something red outside the tree of their house on which their tradition is a very bad thing and lots of bad actions he and his family received as the hated continuous when he enters in the NBA as his first game back in Milwaukee against the Bucks which on that game he was part of the starting line up as soon as his named called by the announcer a very big and very loud of boos are echoed in the arena which made him the most hated NBA Player in the city of Milwaukee.
Well for me what ever hate the City of Milwaukee have in Tyler Herro i don't care as soon as the boy have his own choice of whether he wants to play they must respect his decision. But i know one thing as early as now i can see to him as the next superstar in the NBA and someday become an Legend. As every time there is a hero emerging in the game Tyler is one of those and look out for him as the new Herro have now come.

Hello to all read.cash friends out here and especially to admin of these community thank you so much for accepting me and given a chance in your very interesting community. When the pandemic struck the whole wide world a lot of people have been really hit hard in all aspects in their lives as to say to it that the financial aspect of every individual has been the number one that really hit and affected the most as lot's of people have temporary stopped on their work, others have lost their jobs and some businessman have their business bankrupted or much worse permanently closed their establishments and businesses. In this time of crisis all levels or kinds of peoples no matter they are poor, rich or celebrity all are equal because all of us are affected in each way by the pandemic brought by these corona virus.
As this event continuous to happen now as more than 10 million people worldwide have been infected by the virus, people have gone so depressed and think too much especially for the future of their people, too much what ifs and worries inside their hearts and mind which is normal for us to experience as a human being but as lot of people also now are having a very depression that leads to anxiety and to other people to commit suicide and taken their own lives as the numbers of that cases have grown since the start of the spread of these virus an enemy that cannot seen by our eyes.
And because of that happening some have lost their hopes and be able to loose hope and their selves and forgot that this is just only a trial from GOD all of these that are happening right now it is just a big bump on the road for of all of us a big thunderstorm that come in our lives that some forgot that after the rain is next the rainbow for us to start a new beginning after we defeat this pandemic as we could just know that the biggest weapon for all of us is not social distancing, wearing a face mask or medicine and a vaccine to be used of course in scientific way it is the answer but the biggest thing we must do on it is to always pray in our GOD no matter what religion you are to always pray and always have faith that he will never abandoned us that he will not give this very problem if we could not face it and defeat it in his way.
And in these pandemic in my personal experience this pandemic has been a very big battle for me as i lost my job temporarily for almost 6 months now that i don't have an income coming in for 2 months so I just pray to GOD and said to him that Lord if this the challenge that you give me i would gladly accept it and not blaming you why you give us such very big problems like this. I took it as challenge and use it as a motivation for me to do things for my family that i did not usually do which is money making online by the help of the internet because i cannot apply anymore for a job i just used the power of internet to make money and also as i earn i'm just only at home and spend quality with my family which after a decade this is the longest span of time i spend with them on which after this pandemic the longest is just about 3 months because of my job overseas.
And today i received a message from my agency that i need to report tomorrow in our office because i already have a scheduled to go back on board next month on which way that i do not know how to feel if i will be happy because after a long period of time of being vacant at work finally i got an scheduled to work that i always been praying to GOD to be able to provide my family needs but what i felt is a mix emotion there is the happiness of course because i need that job to provide all my family needs and our savings are almost finish, and also i felt the feeling of being sad because i have to leave again my family to work on board far away from them that at the moment I'am enjoying staying with them for a longer moment of time, and the fact that i already set my mind that maybe next year is the time for my coming back again to work and sad also that Christmas is very near but here again the seas are calling me and it is time to come back to reality and have to sacrifice again my happiness just to give the needs of my family especially my two children to build them for a brighter future.
But this message that i received today is the proof that GOD is great that his blessings are always there for us that he will never leave us in every situation that we just have to always learn to call and pray to him and everything will be given to us in his guidance. No points No worries
As per yesterday when read.cash have an announcement that the pointing system will be remove or no more points will be given anymore on all of the articles that we have made, and commenting and interacting will be no more points going to be rewarded and as a replacement on how we will be able to earn here in this great website they put a robot which will be the one in charge as they have said to give a random amount of money as a tip and as a way of earning here that depends if the robot have liked your make articles and you did not broke any of his rules.
Well after it shocked all the read.cash community yesterday a lot of short post and articles has been published regarding this matter which me also submitted an short post regarding this. Well all the post and article are in different ways of expressing their feelings some are worried, some are excited, some are mad and some are very happy really approved on this coming change here at read.cash.
I can see it to it that when this change are finally implemented a lot of things are going good and it will be for better as for these websites since it is not the strict to be approved as a member here, lots of people have been here already whose intention are not really following the rules and regulation of the website and for worse some spammers have already entered here and i think that is one of the main reason why they are going to make a big change like that.
For me that have been almost 4 months here in read.cash i can honestly say that my experience here is very wonderful as in very overwhelming as in all of the websites and mobile application that i have tried and now using this is for now the very best ever that i have ever joined as i achieved my dreams here to be able to write and publish my articles and at the same time helping me and my family in financial aspect. As my advice to my fellow members just don't be afraid on the coming change that going to be implemented in near soon but we must use it as motivation or a challenge for our self to make a better article as we think first here to write and express our feelings and second is to earn money which we will get what we are deserve for. Today September 22 i would like to honor in this article of mine about celebrity birthday celebrants is the late Mr. David Stern the former Commissioner of the National Basketball League who supposed to be celebrating his 78th birthday he died only this year on the 1st day of January due to brain hemorrhage.
He was born in New York City an American Lawyer and a Business Executive he is the longest who have became as an NBA Commissioner in the history as he was in the helm for 30 years from 1984 to 2014 where i can say he is the man i grow up behind the major success of the league internationally as he and Michael Jordan brought the league to popularity all over the world.
Stern was a very good man and i salute him for what he have done and contributed all his life to the sports i love basketball and to you Mr. David Stern Happy happy birthday in heaven you will always be remembered in the hearts of millions of fans of the NBA.
Hello to all of you friends here are at read.cash I was a little discourage about the update that has been announced here that there will be no more points are going to be given to all members here. I wondered if that does happen what is going to happen for me and other members here that are not really a good writer and just literally enjoying and at the same trying to earn at least a little amount in this time of pandemic. I hope there is much a better solution for improvement rather than completely removing the points system,
Balance in life are Blessings
In these times of pandemic me and family have been really hit big time as i lost my job on board temporary and affected our financial status as I'am the only one who brings income to our family since i said to my wife to quit her job once she gives birth to our eldest children. And now it is almost six months since I was repatriated and go back home in the Philippines.
In the first couple months of my vacation now everything is just normal because usually my because duration is like that 2 months and 3 months is the most longer time. But after this months i think and wondered what will happen to me and my family especially in our financial matters, i wondered what if the pandemic is still took place in more period of time? And that my work situation is still on the hang. And that no money or income is coming in all is going out side which I'am so blessed and thankful to GOD that even though the situation is very difficult at these times we still have a money in our pocket and can still eat at least three times a day unlike other people who doesn't have anything that could not afford to pay rent of their house and buy foods for their children especially those Jeepney drivers who stopped their work same like me and just asking money on the streets and i said to my self that I don't want to experience that and to my family.
So i just pray and kneel to GOD that night and hoping for his guidance that give me strength to overcome all these trials and challenges that my family and i are experiencing. And then on the next morning i was invited by a friend of mine and introduce me this website of read cash and said to me that it could help me at least for my problems and as he know that i have an aspiration to write so i tried it and for 3 months now my friend is right and now that I'am enjoying every moment that i was in the site as it helps me also financially.
So on that day i started to focus on money making online on some various mobile applications and here in read cash and answering survey that paid real cash those two are my main source of income now and beside that my wife has a mini food business which i help him also on that.
I just noticed that GOD is very good and smart that he will never give you a problem that you cannot solved as me and my family now is earning even though far away and have a big difference from my earnings on board at least we have now a source of income for survival until these pandemic is over and went back to normal. But there is always a balance in GOD'S blessings as i noticed in the past couple of days as my earnings in read cash has blossomed to at least $1 and up each day and i have someone up vote one of my article with $1 but my earnings in some other mobile applications have gone down like before that my earning from there is very high while in read cash is just normal it really has always a balance in every blessings that we get in life. Maybe GOD do that so we will not be obsessed on having a too much blessings. So one thing i learn in life and i will teach my children and future grandchild to always be thankful to every blessings that we got in life.
Anthony Davis for 3 BANG!!!
The Los Angeles Lakers are on the roar as Anthony Davis nails the buzzer beater game winning 3 point shot against the Denver Nuggets in Game 2 of Western Conference Final. Davis does with 2.1 second left in the game when Rajon Rondo made a perfect inbound pass for AD for the dagger and win via 105 to 103 and make a 2 to nothing advantage in a scheduled 7 Game WCF.
The Los Angeles Lakers control most of the game and then at one time hold the biggest lead of the game at 16 points and then made a little bit relax that saw by their opponents which lead them a comeback and managed to take the lead before that final possession which make Anthony Davis a legit NBA Superstar on playing on his 2nd WCF of his career. The play also became possible because of the greatest decoy of the game LeBron James as the Nuggets focus on James to get the ball, but AD was up on the challenge and sink at the buzzer and the Lakers whole bench came to celebrate the W. Davis finished with 31 points and 9 rebounds while James adds up 26 points and 11 boards.
Prior before game 1 of the series LeBron James saying he was pissed of not winning the MVP Award this year that Giannis Antetokounmpo have won saying that he was pissed of because out of the 101 votes he got 16 first place votes that reminds him of 2013 when he think he got robbed also of winning the same award. As for Anthony Davis which did not win the Defensive Player of the Year Award which he eventually Giannis also have won he just said that he will just focus on winning this years NBA Championship and ease the pain of all the awards that he did not achieve and won.
Back again to the WCF series the Lakers are just two games away for them to clinched the series and to be able to be back again in the NBA Finals whice almost a decade ago after their last stint which they have won the crown with the late Kobe Bryant leading the charge. And for LeBron to come back again in the finals after only a year of missing it when his Lakers did not even reached the Playoffs. To start of an article on this community which i originally made as me the moderator which is all about paying tribute to our favorite Celebrity either in Sports, Music or Showbiz Hollywood or local on their birthday in the current date of the day as well as writing what you like about them and some info about them.
In today article of mine it will be focusing on Roi Vinzon he is an local actor here in the Philippines he is celebrating his 69th birthday today September 20 where he was born in Manila Philippines on 1951. He is an actor and also a director as he switched career on his later days. He is a very good character actor and was known very well first as the villain and always the bad guy as the counter part of almost our very good action stars to the like of Fernando Poe Junior and many more action stars.
He started his show business career in 1979 as he started as an extra cast. As then rise of his career to grown as the bad guy on most of his film. In then came in 1994 he was given a chance to star in the Action Movie Lucas Abelardo which he eventually won an Award as the Best Actor in the 1994 Metro Manila Film Festival Awards, and then he got another award on the same Awards giving body on 2007 when he won the Best Supporting Actor in the movie Resiklo. He does also lots of memorable characters in Television Series and his latest is a role of a retired General in the Pinoy TV adaptation of the hit Korean Tele novela Descendents of the Sun.

A Dream Come True
Growing up as a kid I have to much ambition in my life as it started when some of my family members always asking what do you want to be when you grow up a question that they always ask to me that really marked on my mind which my responds is i want to become a doctor to help cure the people who are sick and don't have an ability to afford the payment for the doctors fee and medicine.
As i become a teenager my belief and likes of being a doctor changed as i learn to play Basketball and at that time i lived to watching the games of the GOAT of Basketball Michael Jordan and his team Chicago Bulls in the 90's i now like to become and professional Basketball player and dreamed to play in the Philippine Basketball Association or even to play in the National Basketball Association in the USA as the first Filipino born to play there at that time. While in 3rd Year High School i backed up this dream by playing in the Varsity team of my School but on my Senior Year i suffered an minor injury and that stopped me from playing in the team.
As i go to College where i can say that i did not really get serious on my studies as i able to pursue only First year College. As this first year College i take 3 times yes 3 times 3 first Year College as what happen every year i enrolled but i did not finish the School Year and then the next School year again happen until the last time for the third time i took up 1st Year College at that i give up studying and i just went find a job rather than going to School.
And to share also to you guys on my first time of 1st Year College i took up the course of Nursing on the second 1st year i took up Hotel and Restaurant Management and then for the last time i took up Mass Communication as i took that last course because of my hobbies and like of writing that when also on High School Days i was very active on competing on writing contest on our School as to be honest one of my secret ambition in life is to become a well known Writer and Author someday and get paid for my works,
Well in reality my field of work is very far from all this ambition of mine but 3 months ago things have changed when i found out about this website of Read Cash which i first find on Facebook via invitation of a friend which at first i was hesitant to join but as time goes by and as more and more articles of mine have been published here i just noticed in my self that i achieved one thing that i want to achieve long time ago, and that is to be able to write and to be paid my work in my articles i cannot say that i cannot say Myself as a writer but at least i have a chance to do it so and that should i can be proud and say to my self a DREAM COME TRUE!

Well in reality my field of work is very far from all this ambition of mine but 3 months ago things have changed when i found out about this website of Read Cash which i first find on Facebook via invitation of a friend which at first i was hesitant to join but as time goes by and as more and more articles of mine have been published here i just noticed in my self that i achieved one thing that i want to achieve long time ago, and that is to be able to write and to be paid my work in my articles i cannot say that i cannot say Myself as a writer but at least i have a chance to do it so and that should i can be proud and say to my self a DREAM COME TRUE!
Thank you Read Cash for giving me an opportunity not just to me but to the whole people who are here in this platform you do not know how much it is a big help for me personally on my dreams and to my family financially. Italian's Finest
Italy a country that is one of the most oldest in the world today from their well known Roman Empire it is part of the European Community. Aside from that they are very known for lots of very beautiful places and tourist attractions some of that is the Colosseum which is very famous structure from long time ago that the Italian people managed to maintain the built of it at is very known as gathering of the fights of gladiator that time. And as working in the cruise ship industry i have chance to visit it personally and I'am very happy and lucky when that time happen.
Other than that there is the Canals in Venice where as it very famous here in the Philippines we make our own version of inspired Venice Canals in a Mall in Taguig. The Pompeii which was built by the Romans more than 2,000 years ago. There also the leaning tower of Pisa and we can find also in Italy the most Holy Place and church for the Roman Catholic Religion the Vatican where the Pope lives and so blessed also that i'd been able to visit there as for me as a Catholic is a very nice and proud and happening in my life.
But what I'am very amazed on this country is on how they handle the situation on their country in these times of pandemic Before these pandemic shock the world we could still remember that Italy has been once on top of the list as in Number 1 in the tally for the most number of people been affected by the corona virus and at that point so many cases has been spread all over Italy and lots of body of those who died has been carried to the Military truck as i remembered. And as their President cried with tears in front of the media saying that they are not ready on what hit on them and they don't know what they will do as the number of cases that time are rapidly spreading like a bullet train.
But now Italy has changed that as they managed to overcome that from being number 1 they dropped now in the list of the World's most positive cases to number 20!!!!! How they do that well as they are shocked by what hit them their Country implemented some lock down that seems to be very strange for Italian people because they like to go outside most of the time but they followed it as the responds their government and strictly follow social distancing showing that every one is caring for what they are doing to surpass it and now they have flatten the curve and almost living in a normal life just waiting for a vaccine to be available in the world as some of their places have been open to the public and some Cruise ship operations has already started with two of my company's ship is included on those is operational already.
I just hope that what happens to Italy on how they handle the out break on their country would be an inspiration to our country the Philippines as we MUST FOLLOW all the Health protocols that our government implementing and always think before we act that if we don't have important things to do outside much better we just stay at home for now we are already at the number 21 spot behind one spot from Italy let us not wait for us to be in Number 1 before we act. In these situation please we all help each other on fighting these enemy as we heal all us one. Thank you so much let's all be safe and covid free.
