Good afternoon once again guys,, i hope your happy and fine today. Just flexing my homemade viand: bitter gourd with egg. For children, they hate bitter gourd because of its taste. For you to know, if you cook bitter gourd first you must soak it in water with a pinch of salt to lessen the bitter taste. (I just knew it when my mom told me and its true)
