I honestly don't think they can or will. How do you fix economic problems by replacing the currency? It's not the currency that's the problem. It's the economic policy and issues that are the problem. If you don't fix those, you can use rocks for currency. People still won't have more of it. lol Economic growth comes from producing things and commerce.
