Why we have both day and night

Episode ( one ) Long, long ago, a woman was very unhappy because, unlike her husband's other wives, she was childless. So she went to the Deity for help. The Deity said he was sorry for her, but unfortunately she had come on a day when he had no child to give her. All his good children had gone off on errands. The one child he had left had a dangerous habit-the only thing he liked doing was cutting off heads. But the woman said she would accept any child at all rather than continue to be childless. So the Deity agreed, and some time after returning home she had a child. The child grew very rapidly, and as soon as he was big enough he got a Cutlass and sharpened it, until it was sharper than razor. Then he told his parents that he was going to cut off the heads of all their chicken. The parents had to agree, and soon all the chicken had been beheaded. Then he beheaded their cats, goat and sheep.
