I love mediation because it gives me relaxation, peace of mind and happiness. When I talk to Almighty God, present my all the burden and worries to Him , ask His help to sort out, beg to Him and request to him for help. Believe me , I feel much comfortable and relaxed. Some level of satisfaction that He is listening and strong believe that He will help me in most justice. I love it.
