I baked some Butterscotch yesterday. Whenever I go home, I always wanted to do something special. That's why I baked some goodies. I used some ready to bake Butterscotch mix I bought from the supermarket. It's quite easy to make. I just added two eggs and half cup of melted butter. I just need to mix them thoroughly before setting them in a baking glass pan. I set it to 30 minutes inside the oven with 175 degrees Celsius. And here it is... Yum!
