I would like to share my daily diet and healthy tips so that you can enjoy your life and healthy lifestyle is the only key to long life.
I usually don't like or recommend eating anything after 7p.m irrespective of which part of the world you live in. Avoid eating after 7p.m and even try to take as much fresh diet as you can throughout the day.
As per research Fresh Fruits and vegetables took only 2-3 hours to get out of digestive system but cooked meal took more than 18-20 hours to go through digestive system and then through waste and out of the body.
As compare to cooked food like vegetables & other vegetarian food, meat & fish take more than 30-34 hours to go through the digestive system, putting so much load as more your digestive system put at work, less the immunity left to fight with other diseases and bacteria.
Research has also shown that food that you cook need to take within couple of hours after it is cooked to make sure it provide enough nutrients to your body that you require, otherwise you won't get enough proteins and minerals that your body requires out of the food we take .
Below is the list of our regular intake and how much time it takes to go through the entire digestive system.
1.. Fresh Fruit and vegetables (2-4 hours)
2.. Cooked vegetables and other vegetarian eatables (12-14 hours)
3.. MEat and Fish and other non vegetarian eatables (30-34)
Let me know in comments how much you know your digestive system and how much your of fresh fruits and vegetables you use to take in your daily routine.
