How To Starve To Lose Weight.
It's a crazy idea. To even think about it. That one person can even consider to do this. Ah! I am moved. Weight loss is a thing that a lot (and I mean it) of people struggle with. It's not too hard to understand why. First, there's the issue of how everyone looks at a body. We all have different perceptions of what a "beautiful" body is, without even realising who or what instructs us. Time and again, we are exposed to the media and social media and images of beautiful ( and my God! They are beautiful) people pops us all around us. Stop to think. That cannot be all that can be termed beautiful. That's the problem. There is losing weight for health reasons. Diabetes and heart disease are diseases that can be caused as a result of obesity. So if you're rooting to lose weight because of your health, then, go! I am proud of you. Today's writing is however for those who can't seem to call themselves beautiful. Who wouldn't want to look twice in the mirror because they see flabby arms and stomach's that protrude. You can lose weight, but first, love this body that houses you. Now, weight loss is quite easy. Not the work, the concept. To lose weight, it's simply a calorie deficits plan. Eat less calories, burn more calories. Simple plan. When you starve to eat less calories, your body goes overdrive and you have an increased appetite and you over eat. So the plan fails. Or, you starve so much that your body is saving energy and won't let you burn so much. The thing is, don't starve to lose weight. It always backfires.
