Donald Trump's discourse on relocating the people of Gaza is an absurd act, because it is their own land that should be expelled is the Israeli citizens who do not know themselves. Relocating Gazans from their own land is an act that violates human rights and principles of justice. Gaza is an internationally recognized part of Palestine, and any attempt to relocate its residents only prolongs the suffering of the long-occupied Palestinian people. Instead, what should be stopped is the illegal occupation and repressive measures against the Palestinian people. Resolution of the conflict should focus on respecting the rights of indigenous Palestinians, including their right to remain in their own land in peace.
