It might be interesting if you mention the name of the community you are talking about? This message is the only thing I see on my list with notifications and the reason I see it is because I follow you. By the way, it is nothing new your article is not accepted if you do not follow the rules. As a moderator of several communities, I know hardly anyone reads them. People do not care and the number of users really interested in a good, clean community is about 1%.

  Yeah I guess you're right there are too many rules of disregard in today's community. By the way I will add this info maybe a lot of people will read it in the future. Thanks for the advice.

    There aren't too many rules, perhaps too many communities who do not care about rules and accept everything. Each article should have a topic and this topic can be found how?
