Our regular daily activities are our lifestyle.a person who follow a healthy lifestyle is a healthy person..a healthy lifestyle can change us tremendously...some healthy measures of yours can built you that you never know.so today i will tell you about a healthy morning routine.

our day starts after getting up from the sleep ..and i think a good morning effect throughout the day..if morning goes well then all goes well..so i think we have to do morning special...so after you getting up from sleep please pray your own prayer.that will give you a spiritual feeling. After that taking 1 glass of mild hot water activate all your internal organ and they will perform actively throughout the day.then do walk for half an hour.you cant imagine this half hour working amazingly will benfit you.

do exercise for 20 minute.....this 20 minute exercise will help you for your muscle development...It will carry oxygen and nutrients to your tissue.And you will lose wight .it reduce ihe incidence of some diseases like high blood presure,obesity ,diabetes mellitus .if you have back pain then it will also cure it.it will help you in your bone and muscle development ..and many more that i cant explain to you.

Take healthy breakfast that provides the energy of your whole day working. Avoi fatty and oily food in this meal.

This measures of morning will help you to be active throughout the day.and you will not feeling tired in any chores of your day. 🥰🥰
