Hello everyone.i am here with a new recipe,chocholate cookies.i tried it 1st time.it cames good and delicious too.i hope you will like it.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour 1 cup
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Butter 50 gm
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Vailla essence 1/2 tbsp
1 egg
Procedure:
At first take the butter at room temperature and mix it with a fork when it turns creamy consistency. add powdered sugar and mix well.then add 1 egg(room temperature)and vanilla essence. mix it very well.then add all dry ingredients and make a smooth dough.
Then shape it on your will .place the cookies in a cake mould .
Then take a pan and preheated it in high flame for 1o minute.place a stand and put the mould in it..
cover the lid..and cook it on the medium flame for about 20-30 minute.check whether cookies crisp or not..if not crisp yet then keeep it for another 5 minutes.and your delicious chocholate cookies is ready.
I garnished it by chocholate sauce..you can add chocholate chips (its optional) if you have.
