Since i've run out of topic i've suddenly remember this red veins in my cheeks. When i was young, people around me use to say this, having red veins in you cheeks and shoulder is a sign that you're mestiza. I nearly believe them. I got lots of it in my cheeks and same with my shoulders. My friends use to envy me, they wanted to have this too. Then about yesterday I've googled it, and you know what i found? This red veins are broken blood vessels, they formed like spiders web. But its pretty normal and you doesn't have to worry about it. If you want them remove, its possible too.
