They are victims of various forms of torture. Those girls, they are victims of sexual abuse. Some gangs force them to be sex workers. In addition, the criminal gangs use them for various illegal businesses including drugs. They are not actually criminals. They are victims of crime.
Street children need food and shelter the most. Then they need better guidelines. If these children do not go through the guidelines, then their future is definitely dark.
