Child and street child — Although the two words seem different, child and street child are the same. I don't think there is any difference between a child and a street child. Although they are known for living on the streets as street children. In fact, the humanity and humanity of the people is declining day by day. As a result, the number of street children in our country is increasing day by day. In fact, at the root of it is ignorance, poverty, lack of education and awareness. A class of uneducated and poor people give birth to children unplanned and abandon them after a certain period of time. Thus the number of neglected street children continues to increase. These parents beat their children to earn a living. That's when their neglected life of misery began. As street children grow up, these young, tender faces are introduced to many new unbearable experiences. The hard reality took place among the street children in such a way that at one time they became drug addicts, snatchers etc.

What will happen to the little ones today who sell magazines on the streets, sell flowers or ask for money to eat? At the age when they should have books, they have plastic bags in their hands. On the streets they look for plastic. What a cruel painful scene!

They do all this not just to eat daila-rice for two days. Not to mention spending time happily on the railroad and roadside under the roofless open sky. Not by will or to fulfill any dream. Rather they live this inhuman life due to the pressure of various criminal circles. Or in need of a political party. But street children are also human beings, they also have life, they have desires and dreams of life. There is a right to live freely and beautifully.

Although there is no specific information about the number of street children in Bangladesh at present, some say 21 lakh. Again someone said 24 lakh. However, 50,000 of these children are literally on the streets.

According to the Ministry of Social Welfare, 51 percent of street children are victims of 'obscene speech'. 20 percent are physically abused. Girls are the most sexually harassed. 14.5% of street children are sexually abused. And 47 percent of female street children are victims of sexual abuse.

According to another source, some of the street children died on the streets due to drug addiction. Some are trafficked through various cycles. Those who are trafficked, their limbs are sold. They are victims of various forms of torture. Those girls, they are victims of sexual abuse. Some gangs force them to be sex workers. In addition, the criminal gangs use them for various illegal businesses including drugs. They are not actually criminals. They are victims of crime.

Street children need food and shelter the most. Then they need better guidelines. If these children do not go through the guidelines, then their future is definitely dark. Now it is seen that even with the family, the children go astray. There doesn't seem to be any point in misleading these children on the streets.

Therefore, whether with the help of the government or with the help of the private sector, they should be given the opportunity to live a normal life like other children through living and studying. We have to make arrangements to survive independently. And if everyone has a concerted effort in this case, then of course no name called street child will be associated with the child. The word Tokai will be erased from the country. And will get back to normal life. The child will be the same as the child. One day they will build a beautiful future and spread fragrance like flowers in a human garden
