Fennel This is dried fruit of Foeniculum vulgare . It's used for various purposes , In Pakistan it is known as sonf , it is used mainly for constipation , abdominal pain , nausea or other digestive relative problems . It also has good flavour so it is used in favourite dishes like that zarda . it improve the the capability of digestion of stomach , some people use it as flavouring agent.
