Zarda pulao This is the common dish of Pakistan , it is sweet in taste. It is made on occasion of happiness like marriage etc. Sweet level is according to your taste , it may be more or less in different regions . This is also my favorite dish . One important thing is it's colour , it may be colourful or colour of two or three shades according to your favorite.
