Currently their is change in weather , this change is due to humidity , because of it bleeding occur from nose , in this condition more quantity of water should be used.

Life without aim is useless. When a person determines to anything , he work hard for it . So determination is necessary for proper functioning.
In this world if we live with love and humanity , people serve each other with out any greed , a dreamy society can be seen.
Food selection is also a part of personality ,people who did physical work like to eat healthy food . People who did mental work they eat food and extra component such as almonds etc.
