"I love you" is an everyday statement between lovers, admirers, people crushing on each other and family members, and "I love you too" is the most common reply by people. *I love you too" is considered a wrong reply to "I love you" cos "too" in that statement is literally used for negativity. For instance; The weather is too harsh or that boy is too dirty.
