Yam
Procedure
1. Peel, cut, and wash your yam
2. Put it in a pot & boil till it is soft
3. Put it in a clean mortar and pound it
4. Keep putting in the yam & pounding till there are no lumps in it
5. Add little of the hot water from the yam into the mortar and pound to make it soft and smooth
Your Pounded Yam is now ready to be served with any choice of soup.

i don't know what yam is...its like a flour?would it be cook or just mix a little..where can i used that?
