I am new to all this and find it all amazing. The only thing I'm not too understanding on is in some of these sites like this, they say that votes help verify information. I'm not sure how that would work because that can easily be manipulated. Like if it's a conspiracy. Posts go up, the government doesnt want that info out so they claim it's all lies and pressure the site to pull it down or place a fake fact check. It's just amazing how easily people are influenced by the media and so called experts that we know are paid off. Or how one side blames the other for the exact same thing when it's clearly both sides that is the problem, not just one. Anywho, I love the tech articles and all that. I just worry that we are moving to an information war society where they burn Alexandria and start over. That is what totalitarian governments do. They demonize the good guys, play nice and smile, destroy history, then rebuild with future geberations not knowing the difference. Forgetting the struggles we went through. We as serfs have barely time to plan months or a few years if we are lucky. Most can barely plan the next day. But the wealthy, oh the wealthy, they can plan for decades, some for centuries at a time. Plans that their great grand children will carry out. And today, we are seeing that come to be with a world reset. Let's just hope its favorable to the western republic and not the eastern communist. Or maybe something in between. But anywho, I lost faith at first. Bit then I realized that even if there is a setback on humanity, we still have Elon Musk.
