Dilis for free Got this small fishes from my neighbor, her brother brought this to her and since it was plenty she divided it here in our compound and who am I not to accept it, its a blessings and charaan I cooked it bikang(with flour and egg). So we have sauteed petchay and bikang for our lunch, whats yours?
