A day will not be complete without her afternoon nap. Everyday I encourage her to have afternoon nap because it will help her to be a big girl, and without afternoon nap, our night will be ruined coz if she feel sleepy she will cry and cry kasi wla ng mapaglagyan ng antok nya, sa sobrang antok nya idadaan nya sa iyak, thats why afternoon nap is important for my baby, #CommunityChamber
