ACTIONS IS LOUDER THAN WORDS My brother works as a Mandarin translator in alabang , but he filed his resignation the other day because the new Boss(chinese) dont like him, no valid reason just don't like him, it was not said personally, but the actions tell it so. Like an example, All money transaction should passed with my brother because he is the one holding it, but the new Boss never did that, all transaction passed by at him and my brother gets worried that if ever something unliquidated transactions may come, theres a chance that it will be blame to him, so he filed his resignation immediately, and the Boss hired a new employee(a chinese but good in speaking tagalog) and transfer his works with the new employee and so my brother do nothing anymore. Supposed to be his plan is let the new Boss fired him inorder to get the length of service pay, but he thinks that the new Boss will not do it and he looks like a fool in his work so he filed on his own, and ask the right payment for his length of service(almost 2years) luckily they agreed to pay him what he deserves. So now he was at home already because his resignation was signed up by the General manager. He told me that he will look for new work as translator again, because he speaks mandarin/chinese fluently.
