Got so pre-occupied early morning as my nephew(days old)was rushed to the hospital due to difficulty in breathing. I pray he will get soon

First day to have a toddler with us going to school and it was a struggle but I survive. My niece is behave, just having the sepanx so she she cried from time to time.
