  • 375 grams of beef (without bones).

  • 2 green chilli pods.

  • 1 piece of dried chilli.

  • Half a tea-spoon of black pepper powder.

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.

  • 2 tablespoons of soybean oil.

  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.

  • Garlic cloves 6 koya.

  • 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves.

  • Salt to taste.


Take meat without bones and fat. Cut 1 finger into long and thick pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the meat. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry with garlic.When the garlic is lightly fried, add the meat. Stir-fry until the meat is light brown in color.

If the meat is not boiled, add 1 cup of water and keep it till it boils. Add pepper, sugar, fish sauce or soy sauce. Stir and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Occasionally turn the meat over. Shake with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
