Materials:
🦐Shrimp 1000 gms (Peeled)
Cornflower 3 tablespoons
2 egg
Ginger and garlic half a teaspoon
Half a tea-spoon of black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 cup of bread powder or biscuit powder
Like the amount of oil.
Method:
First you have to wash the shrimp and drain the water. Now in a bowl, make a thick mixture with cornflower, ginger-garlic paste, egg, salt and black pepper powder. When the oil is hot in the pan, dip the shrimps in the mixture and roll them in bread or biscuit powder one by one.
Sprinkle with cucumber, carrot or cabbage and serve with mayonnaise.
