  • The fish is a big one

  • Onion paste - table spoon.

  • Raw chilli paste - 1 tbsp

  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste

  • 2 teaspoons of dried chilli powder

  • 2 teaspoons of coriander powder

  • Half a teaspoon of cumin paste

  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder

  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves,

  • Like the amount of salt

  • For soybean oil frying (like quantity)


Foli fish should be washed and cleaned well after removing the scales. The fish will remain intact but there will be no female bhuri. Now the fish should be kept on the floor and lightly pricked on the skin with a sieve in such a way that the fish separates from the skin and the skin should not be torn.The thorns are removed from the skin of the fish and it should be smeared with salt, onion paste, chilli paste and all the other spices. The fish should be mixed very well. Now spread the skin and cover it with the mixture of fish on one side and the skin on the other side. Heat the soybean oil, turn it upside down and fry it till it turns light brown on both sides. Then take it out, cool it, grind it and serve.
