এমন একসময় ছিল মানুষের বাড়িতে মানুষ জায়গীর থেকে পড়ালেখা করত। আবার কারো বাড়িতে মেহমান আসলে মানুষ খুব খুশি হত। আর এখন নিজের ভাই বোনকেই মানুষ নিজের বাসায় রেখে পড়ালেখার সুযোগ দিতে চায় না, অন্য আত্মীয় তো দূরের কথা বাপ মা বাসায় এলেই ছেলে ছেলের বউ, বা মেয়ে বা মেয়ের জামাই মুখ কালো করে ফেলে। আগে এত গাড়ি ঘোড়া প্রযুক্তি ছিল না। পায়ে হেটে, সাইকেলে বা ভ্যানে দীর্ঘ যাত্রাপথে কারো বাড়িতে যাত্রা থামিয়ে পানি খেতে চাইলে তারা হাসি মুখে পানি খাওয়াত, অনেকে শুধু পানি দিতে লজ্জা পেত, সাথে মুড়ি…
