I work at home for a long time due to the pandemic that we are facing right now. Most of the time I am busy in front of my PC. Even at weekends I need to work overtime and it means I just eat, eat and eat most of the time without exercising. Now that they allow jogging outside, I have to jog or walk because I gained a lot of weights and sometimes I have difficulty in breathing. Now, I've realized, we have to balance everything. Yes, I need money for my family but health is wealth also. I just want to say, from now on, I will jog/walk outside and the parks here are so nice and clean. #myphotomystory #Photography
