I'm craving for a fish "paksiw" (fish cooked in vinegar) and wish granted by my housemate. He cooked paksiw tonight for us and it's my favorite fish. They call it "bawal" here in Malaysia and the english name is "silver pomfret" but I have no idea what its name in the Philippines. It's best to fry it also but what is the best is that, the thought of my housemate in preparing this for me. #myphotomystory #foodtripoftheday
