After I took a photo of this dragonfly, I asked myself why it is called a dragonfly but it does not look like a dragon. So, I made my little research. It came from Romanian folklore that the dragonfly was Saint George's horse. After he wounded the dragon, his horse was cursed by the devil and became a giant flying insect and they called it devil's horse. In Romanian ‘drac’ means both devil and dragon while in English, is translated to dragonfly. Now, I know. #myphotomystory
