Good evening to all! Just got back, I was so busy this afternoon plus I'm having a headache because of too much heat today. I'm always experiencing like this especially when I went out of our house and the sun is shining so bright. That's why I needed to drink plenty of water if we have this kind of weather and then I just stayed inside the house but sometimes if I can't bear the pain that's the time that I need to take pain relievers.
