It's the action that you do that really counts, not the words you speak They say "saying sorry is better than not saying sorry at all". But for me, I don't really rely on words that a person speak because sometimes what they speak is the opposite of their action. Sorry is just a word that if you don't mean it, it is still useless. Sometimes You say sorry but it's just on the tip of your tongue Sometimes you just say it because you are force to Sometimes you just say it because that's where you are used to once you did wrong but again and again you still make the same mistake. If you really mean that you're sorry for hurting a person, for doing mistake, for the wrongs that you did to them, show it in your action or say sorry but accompany it with action.
