No matter what your position in life is, put in mind that you are not always correct. Even if you hold the highest position in your workplace, even if you are the eldest in the group or you hold several post grad degrees , remember you may still commit mistakes. There are things that you do not know. There are things that you are not expert on. Allow yourself to learn from others because there are always something to be learn from everyone.
