By the numbers...all are apprx and rounded.

If you add up all the registered voters by each state it's 214 million apprx.

200 million in 2016 is reported, however...

Number of registered voters in the United States from 1996 to 2018 https://www.statista.com/statistics/273743/number-of-registered-voters-in-the-united-states/

153.07 Registered Voters.

...

2020 election, according to the official numbers 74 million for Trump, and 81 million for Biden.

The 2018 number above citing 153 million is actual registered voters who are legally eligible to vote.

VEP, or the Vote Eligible Population of 230 million. The argument is then made that a vote total of 155 million is totally reasonable with a VEP of 230 million.

However, the VEP includes all people estimated to be eligible to vote regardless of actual registration or status.

...

Even if you argue the voter rolls gained 2 million new voters, it would require 100% voter turnout for the numbers to add up.

If we say 10 million it would still require a 20% turnout that's 100% Biden.

For context, 2016 was 128 million total voters.
