I Spent $50 and 7 Days in Alien Worlds - A Review I heard about Alien Worlds the same way I'm sure many of you did, by being absolutely bombarded by the sheer amount of content about them. Over the last 5 months since Alien Worlds launched there have been over 171 articles about Alien Worlds posted on Publish0x - and not without good reason. Alien Worlds has been one of the best methods to earn a decent income for simply clicking a button since Faucets first became a thing. So instead of just ignoring the growing uproar about Alien Worlds I decided to join in. A little over a week ago I boarded the Alien Worlds hype train and dropped $50 on WAX to grab some Alien Worlds NFTs to get a little head start on my mining adventure. https://alienworlds.io/ https://www.publish0x.com/tag/alien-worlds?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x Picking the Right Tools Alien Worlds has a plethora of NFTs available for it's users to maximize their mining income. Picking the right ones can make just about anyone's head spin. There's POW, TLM Efficiency, NFT Efficiency, Charge Time and Rarity to take into account when choosing the most efficient option for your mining adventures. Luckily I found this handy info graphic, courtesy of MetaHub, to help choose the best tools.  https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/alien-worlds https://metahub.info/2021/321-complete-guide-to-alien-worlds-lands/ Now you may look at the above graphic and think...Absolute Unit, I thought this was supposed to help me and I think I'm more confused now. Well me too. After speaking with the kind people in the cryptomonKey Discord though I got some additional clarity and that clarity was to maximize TLM earnings, the NFTs will come. Even though there's a ton of different columns and colors above, the only thing I needed to care about was how big the TLM number was and how low the charge time was. I decided to pick the Power Extractor, Standard Drill and Standard Capacitor. I unwittingly bought in a slump so this came out to roughly $40, today it's going for closer to $60-70. https://discord.com/invite/djK6XHf https://wax.atomichub.io/market?collection_name=alien.worlds&order=asc&schema_name=tool.worlds&sort=price&symbol=WAX&template_id=19554 https://wax.atomichub.io/market?collection_name=alien.worlds&order=asc&schema_name=tool.worlds&sort=price&symbol=WAX&template_id=19553 https://wax.atomichub.io/market?collection_name=alien.worlds&order=asc&schema_name=tool.worlds&sort=price&symbol=WAX&template_id=19558 Scouting Out the Right Land I had already decided which planet I was going to be mining on, I've been a big fan of Banano for a while now so the choice was quickly made to be Neri, but choosing the actual square on which to mine was starting to cause my head to spin again. The same attributes that are assigned to tools in Alien Worlds, the lands there have as well. On each piece of land there's attributes like xCharge Time, xTLM ease, xNFT ease, POW and click frequency. https://banano.cc/ I once again was helped out by my buddies in the cryptomonKeys Discord and MetaHub. I found out the Geothermal Springs located at 20:5 would be the land I was looking for. I wanted something that was High click intensity as most of the time I would spend playing would be while I was at work and high TLM output. I would also switch my guy to the Active Volcano at 18:9 (when I would remember to) when I would log off for the day. Results Over the course of 7 days of clicking "Mine" every 10 minutes for about 3-4 hours a day at the Geothermal Springs and occasionally remembering to set it to the Active Volcano as I would go to sleep I made 32 TLM which at current prices is about $19. I also mined up two Standard Drills ($22), a Male Human ($0.10) and a Confuser ($3). All in all I made about $44.10. This is a pretty incredible ROI for about a weeks worth of clicking a button. Also if I sold my currently held NFTs now I could make out almost $70 ahead. Pretty crazy! https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/alien-worlds If we're going to be honest, nobody's really sure of the long term longevity of a game like Alien Worlds. I'm certainly not sure when the well of free money will dry up. But I highly recommend you get in there and start mining as soon as you can!  **I hope you found this informative and a good read! 11 Sites like Read.Cash - Crypto Social Media Sites In my early days on Crypto Social sites I would always do the same thing after exhausting my tips and writing ability for the day, search on Google for "Sites like Read.Cash" but would often get suggestions for Wordpress or Tumblr (yuck!). Over the course of the last year of using Read.Cash I've gathered up a few sites that are similar to it and would like to share that with you all so you don't have to go through the same vicious cycle like I did before. If I missed any new ones out there please let me know! https://alternativeto.net/software/read.cash/ Publish0x Publish0x is a crypto-agnostic platform where both authors and readers earn in Crypto (currently ETH, iFARM and AMPL). Publish0x was the first Blockchain Social Media site I found and is currently one of the largest, with over $429,646.00 paid out to it's users it's also one of the most lucrative. Both videos and blogs can be posted but blogs tend to be the most popular on the site. Tips are also free so no initial investment is required. I highly recommend you check it out. **Website:** https://publish0x.com https://www.publish0x.com?a=4oeEnVKa0B Minds Minds was launched in 2011 by Bill Ottman and John Ottman as an alternative to Facebook and other traditional Social Media sites. They officially went public in June of 2015. They have since launched their own token, MIND, which is available to users for creating and interacting with content on their site. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/minds I would most associate Minds with Medium or Hubpages, because of their income model and how they have some content locked behind pay walls and subscriptions. Many of the most lucrative earning features are tied to their Minds+ or Minds Pro subscriptions, however you can still create some earnings just by interacting with the content there (for a quality breakdown of their rewards structure - click HERE). There's also a lot of talk about the politics on Minds, I don't prefer to talk about any of that so I'll just say if you don't want to read anything political, don't go there. https://medium.com/ https://discover.hubpages.com/ https://www.minds.com/rewards?referrer=absolute_unit **Website:** https://www.minds.com/ https://www.minds.com/register?referrer=absolute_unit LeoFinance I recently did a writeup on LeoFinance (HERE). LeoFinance and it's token, LEO, were developed as a side chain of Hive to be a community focused on the interests of Crypto and Finance. Similar to other Blockchain Social sites users can create blog posts or upload videos, the difference being the content created is stored on the LEO blockchain and users are rewarded in LEO for engaging with the platform through posts, comments or curating content. https://www.publish0x.com/of-faucets-and-micro-earnings/i-finally-caved-and-joined-leofinanceio-first-thoughts-xnqddwx?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x https://leofinance.io/ https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/leo-token https://hive.com/ There are quite a few good writers on LeoFinance and a very active Discord community. If you're into Hive/Steemit style blogging and are interested in Crypto/Finance it's worth checking out for sure. **Website:** https://leofinance.io/ LBRY LBRY is.. ..an internet protocol (like HTTP or SMTP) that allows the publishing of digital content with no middlemen, no censorship, and no interference (even from us).  In a nutshell LBRY is the blockchain competitor to YouTube. Payments are made in their own coin (noticing a theme), LBRY, and reward users for either uploading popular content (whether Picture or Video) or watching/interacting with content on their site. I've had a LBRY account for a little over a year now and use it almost every day to watch some of my favorite YouTuber's that have made their way over to LBRY.  https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/lbry-credits **Website:** https://lbry.tv/ https://lbry.tv/$/invite/@absoluteunit:c Trybe Trybe is a "Crypto Powered Knowledge Sharing Community", in a nutshell it's the EOS version of Read.cash or Publish0x. I've used Trybe off and on for the last year or so and I really *want* to like Trybe. They recently did a UI update and it's significantly more appealing than it used to be. However it just doesn't seem to work, the news feeds are all screwed up and I can never tell if when I make a post it actually shows up for other users. But I keep posting content there, just maybe hoping one day the Devs get their act together and their token, Trybe, moons.  https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/trybe **Website:** https://trybe.one/ https://trybe.one/?ref=38855 Torum I honestly don't even remember signing up for Torum but apparently I did in December of 2020. Torum is a micro-blogging social media site where users can post images, links and short amounts of text. Their goal is to "connect Crypto Enthusiasts from across the globe". They seem to operate similar to Twitter with short posts and links being the primary content. Torum also has their own coin, XTM, that is set to launch on the ETH mainnet soon™. Daily/weekly/lifetime missions are the best way to get XTM outside of writing good content. I currently hold a pretty decent amount of XTM from when I apparently joined last year, but it's value is yet to be seen. https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=soon%20%28tm%29 **Website:** https://torum.com/ https://www.torum.com/signup?referral_code=junkmale Hive/Steemit I'll probably catch some flack for throwing these two together, as they are definitely very different sites - especially to those who have frequented them. But I currently do not frequent them and am feeling froggy today. Steemit is the grand daddy to blockchain social media sites, Hive being the follow up when Justin Sun bought Steemit and a portion of the community decided to revolt and start a new platform. They both work pretty similarly, users get rewarded in the in-kind token (whether HIVE or STEEM) for posting quality content and interacting with content on the site. Both have very large communities that tend to interact not just on the site but also extensively in the numerous Discord servers their users employ. Some would argue are extremely hard for newbies to get into due to the gatekeeping that goes on there, in my experience there's some great content on both sites, there's just a lot of learning that needs to happen before getting involved with either. https://www.coindesk.com/justin-sun-bought-steemit-steem-moved-to-limit-his-power https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/hive https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/steem **Websites:** https://hive.io/ and https://steemit.com/ Noise.cash Noise.cash is a social micro-blogging site fueled by BCH and launched by the creators of Read.cash. It's somewhat similar to Twitter. Users can post images and short blurbs of text. The main difference between Noise.cash and Twitter, outside of the size of the user base, is that users can tip each other in BCH if they like the content. I've seen quite a few people make a pretty decent amount of money here, I've just created by account and am excited to get into it. **Website:** https://noise.cash/ DTube Decentralized Tube (DTube) is a video sharing platform built on top of the Steemit blockchain. Users can upload videos, vote to reward content creators, viewers and influencers in crypto.  Since DTube is built on the Steem blockchain it operates very similarly to Steemit or Hive. Users can curate content and share in the rewards when they vote on content. There are no ads on DTube which is definitely a plus, I think the last YouTube video I watched ran 4 ads in a 10 minute video. If you're into Crypto related content it might be worth checking out. **Website:** https://d.tube/ Den.Social Den.Social is a Social Media Site built on the Dragonchain (DRGN) blockchain. They have the typical showings of a Hive/Steemit/LeoFinance look-a-like with a few key changes I particularly enjoy. The Lairs, essentially communities, on Den.Social are tokenized assets and provide passive income for the owner and also incentivizes the owner to create a better community. The three different types of crypto on Den can be a little confusing at first but a basic breakdown is - https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/dragonchain NRG - This is used to upvote content and create posts - this replenishes every hour MTR - Acquired by doing community tasks and supporting the community, this can also temporarily increase the flow-rate of NRG. This is the token that is actually worth on market. LOR - Used to vote on new Lairs or other voting options **Website:** https://den.social/ Cos.TV Last but not least, Cos.TV. Cos.TV is a video sharing site built on the Contentos (COS) blockchain. How you earn on Cos.TV can get confusing pretty quickly as when you first login you're greeted with the ability to get free POP then when you open your wallet there's not just COS, there's VEST, Chicken and Gifting Vote. I'm honestly not sure what a lot of them do, I know POP can be used to play their slot-style daily treasure hunt for daily COS rewards but I have no idea what the others do outside of Gifting Vote which I think is a higher tier vote for the content creator?  https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/contentos I like the platform, it seems smooth and has some good upside but the only thing holding it back to me is the poor English translations. I have no idea what I'm doing half the time. **Website:** https://cos.tv/ https://cos.tv/account/register?invite_code=GNKUN **Well there were all 11 Crypto Social Sites that are similar to Read.Cash. Some appear to have a bright future and others seem to be going through some growing pains. I hope this was helpful for you! Finding The Next Low Market Cap Gem on BSC (Part 1?) Whether you've been a part of the worldwide Crypto Community for two days or ten years you've probably already seen your fair share of scams, booms and busts. The scams tend to follow a similar playbook - pump, dump and run. The busts look a lot like BTG or PPT, once market stalwarts now relegated to the bottom tiers of the crypto market. Then the booms, those are the likes of UNI or LINK, those are the projects that absolutely explode from humble beginnings providing massive profits for the early investors who saw the potential. The project I'll be sharing today, I'm not sure what category it will fall into in the next couple years, but it's showing quite a few signs of a project ready to boom. https://www.publish0x.com/of-faucets-and-micro-earnings/beware-the-mcafee-pump-and-dump-switch-esh-and-ghost-xolgdvd?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bitcoin-gold https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/populous https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/uniswap https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/chainlink Key Indicators of a Boomer  And no, not that kind of boomer. In my opinion, and obviously it's just my opinion, some of the key indicators of a project that's set to explode are -  **Solid Team** - Does the team have experts with previous Blockchain background and what kind of background? What were the quality of their previous projects? Do they have a history of being lazy or scammers? One other thing is if a project isn't even willing to reveal who's on their team I instantly am turned off. If you can't tell me who's working on it why should I trust you with my money? **Good Tokenomics** - Do the tokenomics make sense? Now I'm by no means an expert at this, but I think if you can read how a project's tokenomics work you can generally tell when somethings being scammy or is just plain garbage.  **Partnerships** - Who do they have backing them? The old saying of "Birds of a feather flock together" is true. Now on the flip side I've seen many projects that list big names in the Cryptosphere as their partners and they clearly are not. So it's always good to do your due diligence here. **Market Need** - Last but not least, does whatever service or product their offering actually fill a market need? You can have a great team, good tokenomics, solid partnerships and still not fill any market need. It may produce good results early on but it will eventually fail.  These aren't in any sort of order they're just what I normally look at when investigating whether or not to invest in a project. So let's go through that with this supposed boomer! What's the Project Already?? Well now that I've rambled about long enough, the project I've looked into and will be rating on the criteria above is ODIN Protocol (Open Data Interoperable Network). From their website, ODIN is -  https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/odin-protocol ..a decentralized system designed to build a data oracle network based on an open protocol for interaction between participants and a sustainable economy. In addition to organizing the data oracle network, ODIN involves building a decentralized peer-to-peer data sharing and trading ecosystem for delivering real-world data to onchain for various use cases such as DeFi, betting, forecasting apps, or NFT. ODIN was developed by GeoDB, who developed GeoCash a Data Collector app that rewards users for sharing their data anonymously as well as a bevy of other applications. ODIN launched in late April of 2021 so it is still an extremely new coin, so price fluctuations will still likely be great for the first little bit. Currently the best way to get ODIN is to go to Pancakeswap.finance or Windswap.finance and insert the contract ID from CoinGecko. With preliminary info out of the way, lets get into the Key Indicators. https://geodb.com/ https://pancakeswap.finance/ https://windswap.finance/ The Team  They have 22 total people throughout the organization listed on their website, but here we'll focus on the founders and the blockchain manager listed on their website. **Luis Gelado (co-founder & CEO)** - I found his LinkedIn fairly quickly, he is listed as a co-founder of GeoDB and ODIN on there which is quite good. He is also listed as a co-founder of Waves Location Technologies, a company offering geolocation solutions for customers.  https://www.wavelt.com/ **Sacha Gordillo (co-founder & COO)** - Same as Luis, easy to find information but this time on CompassList, he's listed as having a primarily financial background. https://www.compasslist.com/ **Alexander Chevtaev (Blockchain Manager)** - Once again easy to find, appears to be a professor of blockchain at IE Business School and is listed as co-founder or founder of several companies. The most notable one being SDX Network, what appears to be "compute to data" platform. Not sure what that is but sounds smart **Rating:** 8/10. They all seem to be experts in their field, either as professors or previously starting up companies related to geolocation.  The Tokenomics As I've said before I'm by no means an expert at this, but I did read through the 10 page document they have on their website outlining the tokenomics. From what I can tell it seems to make sense, ODIN was designed to be a governance token so they won't have the same tokenomics of something like DOGE.   https://odinprotocol.io/docs/odin-tokenomics.pdf However in a nutshell, data producers use GeoCash or other application to provide data to the network and receive GEO. Data consumers purchase said data and pay ODIN. Within the system there is an auction mechanism that is set to buy back a certain amount of GEO for ODIN. You can also stake your ODIN to validate data on the chain, that is capped at 12% APR. There's a lot more info that goes into this but my brain will hurt the more I try to explain and understand. I think you get the basics, if not there's always the document I referenced above. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/geodb **Rating:** 9/10. Makes sense! People sell data for GEO, other people buy data in ODIN. Boom, done. Partnerships I found quite a few listed but I'll just focus on the major ones here. So far they've partnered with Ocean Protocol, Ocean Protocol, Chainlink, Rate & Grade, About Goods, Flame Analytics, Fleta, SmartKey, Credits and quite a few more. I found out while doing this as well ODIN and GeoDB have a very active Twitter account, another good sign there. **Rating:** 10/10, when I was looking at all their partnerships it was essentially a who's who of big data crypto companies and solid partnerships overall. Market Need Today we live in the Information Age and it really is true, Data has become the new oil. The value of Data drove Facebook, Google and others to become multi billion dollar corporations. What ODIN/GeoDB provides is a way for people to sell their data without having to sell their soul. Now I'm not some oblivious person here, I have seen other companies attempt to do something similar to what ODIN/GeoDB is doing. However I've never seen an application quite like this. It seems that ODIN and GeoDB are building their project and company the sustainable way which I always get behind. **Rating:** 7/10. Even though data is the new oil, the tough part will be having competitive prices and unique data sets valuable to the right companies. Final Thoughts ODIN seems to be an extremely solid project, with a good team, solid tokenomics and kick ass partnerships. The only question mark for me is how they sell the data and to who. I've never been in the Big Data industry so I have no insight into what type of information companies need access to and exactly how accessible or the price they'd be willing to pay for it. Overall I'd give ODIN an 8/10. I can't go any higher with my lack of knowledge of the true market need. I do plan to pickup some ODIN for myself but I certainly won't be throwing my life savings in. It could be the next low market cap gem or it could be a complete bust. But signs seem to point towards the former! With everything said above I'm a firm believer you should always Do Your Own Research. I'm by no means a financial advisor this is just what I like to do when I investigate a project and thought it might help somebody else out there, even if it's just what not to do. Just like with anything in crypto, ODIN can look good, smell good and perform good but time is the true revealer of intent. So just use your own best judgement. Don't just believe me because I'm some dude on the internet with way to much time on his hands to investigate all this stuff. I Finally Caved and Joined LeoFinance - First Thoughts If you've been on Read.cash or any of the other Blockchain Social sites (Publish0x, Minds, etc.) for any amount of time you've probably at least seen an article or two on Steemit or Hive. Steemit being the grand daddy to blockchain social sites, Hive being the follow up when Justin Sun bought Steemit and a portion of the community decided to revolt and start a new platform. LeoFinance and it's token, LEO, were developed as a side chain of Hive to be a community focused on the interests of Crypto and Finance. Similar to other Blockchain Social sites users can create blog posts or upload videos, the difference being the content created is stored on the LEO blockchain and users are rewarded in LEO for engaging with the platform through posts, comments or curating content. https://www.publish0x.com?a=4oeEnVKa0B https://www.minds.com/register?referrer=absolute_unit https://steemit.com/ https://hive.com/ https://www.coindesk.com/justin-sun-bought-steemit-steem-moved-to-limit-his-power https://leofinance.io/ https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/leo-token So Why Join LeoFinance? I was never a part of Steemit or Hive, I was 100% a late adopter to the whole Blockchain Social Media thing coming on the scene in March of 2020. I tried to fire up Hive several months ago, I may have even made a post or two, but quickly became overwhelmed by the seeming complexity of the whole system. The concept of reputation, curation, witnesses, voting bots and the like gave me the idea that Hive/Steemit were less about the quality of the content and more about how long you'd been on the platform and how much you understood how to game the system. I enjoyed the simplicity of Publish0x and Read.cash where I could seemingly write a good article and get good results. Then along came LeoFinance, I ignored it as I do with anything I don't understand. As time went on the articles about LeoFinance seemed to pile up with people trying it out and finding they enjoyed it. With all the positive feedback I decided to give it a look, but this time a look that was more than just a single post.  I would be lying if I told you one of the biggest motivators for me joining wasn't to increase my earnings for what I write. For many people, myself included, I like to think my time's valuable and the #1 way to show how valuable it is is with a dollar sign. So with new found motivation I decided to try to do something I'd never done before...Actually kind of understand a Hive style blogging website and hopefully make some money. Time to Learn In order to learn more about how LeoFinance works, I did what any other millennial today would do, I went to their discord and starting asking questions of anyone that would answer. What I found out was LeoFinance was actually a lot simpler to navigate than I initially expected! If you want to create content or "curate" (essentially read content, vote on good stuff), the two main things you need to know are write good stuff and vote/comment on good stuff. Then when the payout occurs, roughly 7 days after the post is created, the LEO donated is split 50/50 between the "curators" (people who voted article=good) and the content creator. That's it. The rest of the confusion I had initially run into was if I had wanted to be more than just a content creator or curator.  https://discord.gg/wkgX8cGkE9 The other roadblock I'd run into in the past was creating a Hive Wallet. When you click "Signup" on Hive or Steemit you're greeted with the below screen -  Which, uh, is a little bit much for someone that just wants to try the whole thing out. At the time I obviously chose the free one tied to email then promptly lost my email password and the keys associated. So whatever small amount of Hive I have on my original account is long gone. With that experience in mind I was dreading the process of signing up for a Hive Sidechain. I was pleasantly surprised to find the signup process on LeoFinance was much more streamline. Even offering an option for Twitter which I didn't choose but would be great if I was even more lazy than I currently am. First Post & Closing Thoughts Now that I had my LeoFinance account it was time to make my first post. The #1 thing I noticed was the "Preview" pane to the right, I would later find out just how useful this was. LeoFinance's posting tool is styled in markdown, which while robust is rather clunky when coming from Read.cash which has the same functionality but is quite a bit more streamlined. There's also no "Save Draft" option as far as I could tell, you better be ready to post when you start writing or you're about to lose all that forever. This is not friendly for someone like me who starts writing something, pauses to take the dog out, then doesn't finish that piece for another 6 months. https://guides.github.com/features/mastering-markdown/ I decided to re-post my article on the Top 5 EOS dApps You Need to Try in 2021 as quite honestly I was pretty proud of the amount of work I put into it and the ending result. Markdown gave me a true fight but I eventually learned how to add links and images to my post. I was eventually victorious and I had it, my first post on LeoFinance - https://www.publish0x.com/of-faucets-and-micro-earnings/top-5-eos-dapps-you-need-to-try-in-2021-xgdwwxj?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x Over the course of the last day I've earned a whopping $0.02 and got 5 likes. Pretty solid stuff. The two comments you see are both me trying to figure out how to add images to my post lol. All in all I'd say it was a very interesting experience, I'll certainly be posting my content to LeoFinance, as even though my earnings are currently rather low I did find some pretty talented writers there and the Discord was one of the most helpful I've been in. I never expected to shoot up the leaderboards right away there, just as nobody should ever have that expectation on any blogging site. All blogging takes time and consistency. But I do believe it can be another home for my content and a great place to grow. Top 5 Play-to-Earn Blockchain Games You Need to Try in 2021 Since it first became an idea Blockchain Gaming always seemed to be 2-3 years behind traditional gaming, at least when comparing graphics and gameplay. Lately though, there's been a changing of the tides. As I was doing the research for this piece, I was absolutely blown away by the amount of blockchain games in development and set to release in the next year. Many of them having AAA graphics and innovative ways to incorporate blockchain into their core gameplay mechanics. https://www.quora.com/What-are-AAA-video-games-Are-they-related-by-their-graphics I was surprised to find how wide ranging the blockchains represented were as well. While ETH definitely led the way, WAX, HIVE, and LTC (most surprisingly) made their appearances. All of these games I spent time in and spent money in. I don't ever want to put a list out there just because they made the top list on DappRadar and are "probably" good. I play tested all of these and for each one I probably played another 2-3 games that I didn't think should make the list. These are all just my opinion as well, if you think I should have included one please let me know in the comments below!  https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/ethereum https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/wax https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/hive https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/litecoin 1. Gods Unchained Gods Unchained is a turn based collectible card game down the same vein of Hearthstone or Magic. But with one big difference, Gods Unchained offers "True Ownership" for it's players. While still in development Gods Unchained is based on the ETH blockchain and has already made some big strides towards becoming fully decentralized, with the launch of ImmutableX (their built-in DEX that allows players to easily trade their cards and assets). They are currently headed up by a team of ex-Google and Riot Games engineers and currently led by the former Game Director for MTG Arena. Of the in development blockchain games I would say Gods Unchained currently shows some of the most promise just based on the dev team.  https://playhearthstone.com/en-us https://magic.wizards.com/en https://blog.godsunchained.com/2020/05/08/introducing-immutable-x/ https://www.riotgames.com/en https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20190808005276/en/Blockchain-Card-Game-Gods-Unchained-Adds-Former-MTG-Arena-Game-Director-Chris-Clay I've played Gods Unchained now for the last several months in my spare time and the graphics and in-depth gameplay probably surprised me the most. You can pay to purchase packs or cards but at this time I don't think it's necessary. The game is pretty well balanced, I made a couple decks based off their starter cards and was able to climb to halfway up their leaderboards over the course of 2-3 hours of game time. Definitely worth checking out. **Website:** https://godsunchained.com/ 2. Lost Relics I have a soft spot in my heart for Top-Down Dungeon Crawler type games like Diablo. I grew up grinding on Diablo II/III for items to sell on their exchange and that's exactly how Lost Relics plays, except with additional skills such as Fishing, Alchemy, Mining, Cooking, Scavenging, Engineering and Woodcutting. Lost Relics is based on the Enjin (ENJ) blockchain, and even though still in "heavy early development" has been fairly polished in the 10-15 hours I've spent in game time.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diablo_(video_game) https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/enjin-coin You can complete dungeons to get a chance to roll a blockchain item that can then be sold on the Enjin Marketplace. Items I've seen listed range in price from 1 ENJ all the way to 8500 ENJ (~$21,505 @ current price). I personally have gotten two blockchain items, worth about 10 ENJ each, but chosen to hold on to them to complete more high tier dungeons for a chance at a higher tier item. If you enjoy dungeon crawler games this is definitely worth checking out. https://enjinx.io/eth/marketplace **Website:** https://lostrelics.io/ 3. Alien Worlds Now not just the largest blockchain game out there, but the largest dApp by unique users (doubling #2 and tripling #3's total users), Alien Worlds is absolutely massive. Based on the WAX blockchain Alien Worlds is an NFT metaverse where players can earn Crypto and NFTs by mining or owning lands on alien planets. Players can also participate in Planetary DAOs by staking their earned TLM to the planet of their choice. There is a wide roadmap for Alien Worlds that will include even more gameplay and earning mechanics but even in the short term the future looks bright for Alien Worlds. https://dappradar.com/rankings https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/wax When I started playing this I can say without a doubt it was a little intimidating. But the best piece of advice I can give now would be to ask questions in the MonKeyMining discord and MetaHub for general information were the two most valuable sources of information I found. Alien Worlds though probably offers one of the quickest and easiest ways to start making profits from these games. As you start with a Standard Shovel NFT and are able to start mining right off the bat.  https://discord.gg/BQca5HtwG5 https://metahub.info/2021/321-complete-guide-to-alien-worlds-lands/ **Website:** https://alienworlds.io/ 4. Splinterlands The OG Crypto turn based collectible card game. While not having as in depth gameplay mechanics as Gods Unchained, or nearly as beautiful graphics, Splinterlands is still one of the most fun card games out there, blockchain or not. The gameplay itself is fairly simple, your cards are divided into seven separate "splinters" - Fire, Water, Earth, Life, Death, Dragon and Neutral. You have a summoner that represents each splinter than in each game you assemble your deck (as you progress there are certain restrictions, i.e. - no melee, no ranged, etc.) and fight another player. There's an extremely large community around Splinterlands with events daily there are plenty of chances to earn. The best part of Splinterlands is that it probably provides one of the best ways to earn of any blockchain game out there. I've opened probably $40-$50 worth of packs but have earned almost $100 in rewards due to opening legendary summoners from my packs and daily reward chests. While there's a learning curve, like any game, once you do get the hang of it you'll be maxing out your tiers in no time.  **Website:** https://splinterlands.com/ https://splinterlands.com/?ref=longboi 5. Upland Upland is an NFT Metaverse with mapping to real world addresses. They initially launched with just San Francisco but have since increased their cities and engagement with other projects. The possibilities here really are endless as having access to a virtual world, that is widely used, advertisers will want a piece and those who adopt early enough will be able to be true landlords in the future. Their roadmap is super ambitious and detailed to say the least, to save you time and headache of me possibly explaining it wrong I recommend you check it out here.  https://medium.com/upland/upland-2021-an-agile-roadmap-to-a-thriving-metaverse-f1150f223aca I've been playing Upland now for a little over a year. I'm no real estate tycoon, but I do own 4-5 properties and have seen some pretty decent increased valuation throughout. It's not a finished project, like many of the games here but it does have a pretty experienced team of developers and an already solid user base. If you are going to play it though I highly recommend signing up for Womplay. When you do you will get a small rebate on all the in game currency you spend in game. I definitely recommend checking it out. https://womplay.io/?ref=7R2TUAJ **Website:** https://upland.me/ https://r.upland.me/S28B The Hype Squad These are games that don't have gameplay yet but look pretty darn good. Who knows how many of them will turn out but it's worth keeping eyes on them. ****Farsite**** - There's already been a fair amount of posts here about it but it's a "DeFi Powered Ethereum 2 Game". According to their website they will be a sandbox MMO RTS game, somewhat akin to Eve Online. Some people are already touting it to be the second coming of Alien Worlds. Honestly if it's even half of that I'm excited. **Website:** https://farsite.club/ https://www.eveonline.com/ https://farsite.club/u/determined-indigo-rabbit ****Age of Rust**** - The only Blockchain game to my knowledge that will be available on Steam. Age of Rust is a dark sci-fi action adventure game set in space. There's quite a few gameplay trailers already out there and it looks pretty good. Seems they will be based on Enjin and be offering NFTs in game as the monetization part. **Website:** https://www.ageofrustgame.com/ ****Illuvium**** - The Open World MMO Pokémon game. There's a few gameplay trailers out for this as well and it seems to be very interesting. They already had their token pre-sale for ILV and it went extremely well. At pre-sale they were going for $50/ea and are now already up to $69/ea. This is honestly the project I'm most excited for. **Website:** https://www.illuvium.io/ https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/illuvium ****EmberSword**** - Another seemingly AAA game on blockchain. EmberSword is a Free-to-Play browser-based MMORPG. Their land sale will be going on soon and you can pre-register on their website. I don't know about you but I will definitely be grabbing a couple plots for this. **Website:** https://embersword.com/ **And there's even more but I risk this article getting to text book lengths if I go too much longer. With all that I hope you enjoyed reading, I certainly enjoyed play testing all of these. Don't forget to follow if you're not and like the post. This Yield Farm Has Over $5 Billion Locked Up - And It's Not Even On ETH That's right - the largest Yield Farming Aggregator, according to Defi Llama, has over $5.00b locked up and it's not even on ETH. One of the fastest growing Yield Farms since it's launch in late 2020 Pancakebunny.finance has absolutely exploded onto the scene. It has rocketed past the likes of Yearn.Finance (almost doubling it's TVL) and nearly 5x'ed those ranked just below them.  https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/what-is-yield-farming-in-decentralized-finance-defi https://defillama.com/protocol/bunny https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/ethereum https://pancakebunny.finance/ https://yearn.finance/ So, what is Pancakebunny? Pancakebunny was created in partnership with the largest AMM (Automated Market Maker) and Yield Farm on Binance Smart Chain, Pancakeswap, to help "Expand the the same interest that was created by other Yield Aggregating projects on ETH, and bring that to the BSC ecosystem" (source). Well, I would say they more than accomplished that. In the 5 months Pancakebunny has been around they've not only brought that interest to the BSC ecosystem, they absolutely demolished the competition around them. https://www.gemini.com/cryptopedia/amm-what-are-automated-market-makers https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/what-is-yield-farming-in-decentralized-finance-defi https://pancakeswap.finance/ https://pancakebunny-finance.readthedocs.io/en/main/ Pancakebunny works very similarly to how other Yield Farm Aggregators do. When you stake to a liquidity pool on Pancakeswap you get LP tokens, essentially tokens that represent your share of the total pool, and you can then stake those to Pancakebunny to earn both additional CAKE and BUNNY (Pancakebunny's native token). You can also stake straight BUNNY or CAKE to earn rewards as well.  https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/pancake-bunny The BUNNY Token Pancakebunny has also created their own token, the BUNNY token. BUNNY has gone up nearly 14,000% since it's ATL in 2020 and I don't think it's seeing that price anytime soon. Without getting too far into how the tokenomics work, since they have an incredibly well written writeup on their wiki - here, what essentially happens is each time 1 BNB is earned in performance fees, 5 BUNNY is minted. On their wiki they do talk briefly about potentially doing a token burn or limiting the number of tokens created but their current focus is to grow BUNNY. https://pancakebunny-finance.readthedocs.io/en/main/bunnytoken.html https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/binance-coin Final Thoughts While you're by no means getting in on this one early, the cat is definitely out of the bag with Pancakebunny, I do believe there's still some room for growth with this project. Binance Smart Chain is currently one of the hottest places for DeFi since they offer incredibly low fees and an already large user base thanks to the machine that is Binance. As always though I highly recommend everyone to Do Your Own Research and do not take my advice as gospel. I'm just one dude on the internet with an opinion and enough time to write this out.  https://www.binance.com/en **As always thanks for reading, liking and following! The #1 DeFi Tool You're Probably Not Using (yet) Unless you're extremely new to crypto, you probably remember the days of hearing of a new project and trotting over to CoinMarketCap (CMC) to check out the details. Then came a small time competitor, CoinGecko, to change that narrative. According to a Dec, 2020 news article by The Ken CoinGecko had closed the gap with CMC to just within 9 million unique website visits per month in October of 2020, a large difference from the nearly 24 million visitor gap that was there in May of 2020. And they had done so not by simply mimicking CMC itself, they did so by innovating, being more nimble and progressing their data/technology. Reports were even as recently as February of 2021 CMC was still running off Google Sheets for their pricing data (yuck!). https://coinmarketcap.com/ https://www.coingecko.com/en https://the-ken.com/sea/story/coingeckos-bootstrapped-crawl-to-the-crypto-compendium-summit/ David vs. Goliath Today a similar version of this David vs. Goliath narrative is happening, but the arena has changed to DeFi Rankings and Analysis. DeFi Pulse has been the leader of this field for quite some time providing useful tools like Total Value Locked (TVL), what each project is, key stats and whether they've been audited (if you're a newbie to DeFi this is one of the most important parts!). All of this has been helpful but the longer I've been involved in DeFi the more I've begun to notice the same issues that had begun to happen to CMC last year. TVL #'s that seemed...Just a little off, audits that appeared on the website of some DeFi projects with valid links that didn't appear on DeFi Pulse.  https://defipulse.com/ That's when, while chilling in the Harvest.Finance discord, I first heard of DeFi Llama. One of the community leader's for Harvest.Finance gave it a glowing review and mentioned how they are a lot more accurate and nimble than DeFi Pulse. That's when I remembered the CMC vs CoinGecko battle from last year. This seemed to be just another situation of a company maybe getting a little too comfortable on their perch atop their field.  https://harvest.finance/ https://defillama.com/home Before getting too ahead of myself though I decided to give DeFi Llama a good look, and wow, it's got quite a few better tools than it's competitors. Not only did they offer an option for night mode (I pity the fool that doesn't use night mode) but they also had more accurate info than I had seen before. They also, unlike DeFi Pulse, actually did a good job of tracking DeFi protocols that weren't just Ethereum (ETH). They also track Insurance, Yield Farming, Options, Indexes and more on their site.  https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/ethereum Final Thoughts So whether you're a DeFi Newbie or a Chad DeFi Farmer ™ looking for your next farm to reap 3000x returns on, DeFi Llama might be a great tool to add to your kit. From everything I've seen they provide some of the most accurate, up-to-date information on DeFi projects out there and seem to be committed to transparency and functionality. But with all that being said they are a fairly new project and anything can happen, I can write this article today and tomorrow they could drop everything and run. As with anything in crypto DYOR (Do Your Own Research) and good luck making some money out there. https://www.publish0x.com/of-faucets-and-micro-earnings/pov-you-are-a-chad-defi-farmer-farming-with-bsc-on-harvestfi-xomnwej?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=readcash https://defillama.com/home **Thanks for reading, liking and following. The Top 5 EOS dApps You Need to Try in 2021 As a continuation (albeit late) of my Top 5 dApps by Blockchain Series I decided to venture into the EOS universe. Quite honestly I was least excited to venture into the research for this article because as many opinions as I have, I had little to no opinion of EOS and to me that's a bad thing. I'd heard of it being mostly centralized in China and I'd heard of it being just another feeless ETH clone but I had done little research into EOS myself. So while this is a top 5 list of my favorite EOS dApps, this was also for me a minor exploration into EOS itself. Hope you enjoy! https://www.publish0x.com/of-faucets-and-micro-earnings/top-5-ethereum-eth-dapps-you-need-to-try-xyvypzk?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/eos https://www.coindesk.com/everyones-worst-fears-about-eos-are-proving-true https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/8e1yma/everyone_should_be_skeptical_of_eos_and_avoid_it/ Before we go any further, I used Wombat wallet for all of this (if you don't like Wombat, Token Pocket is a fantastic alternative). They have a pretty solid mobile app and browser extension down the line of a MetaMask or TronLink. And as usual this is by no means a ranking of the apps by highest users, this is merely the top 5 dApps I found to be fun or useful. All of these I spent a decent amount of time in and invested my own money to test each one.  Each dApp I tested to make sure they were #1 legit and #2 had some use for you all. For every one dApp here I tested another 5-6 that didn't make the cut for whatever reason. Let me know if there were any EOS dApps I missed, I'd love to try them out! https://getwombat.io/ https://www.tokenpocket.pro/en/ https://metamask.io/ https://www.tronlink.org/ 1. Defibox It would be impossible to not include Defibox on a ranking of the top EOS dApps out there. While still fairly new (launched in July of 2020) Defibox has proven to be the top DeFi platform on EOS. One big reason for their growth could be that Defibox is just not another startup. It is funded and promoted by NewDEX, the largest decentralized exchange on EOS. https://newdex.io/ I'm not sure why more people don't capitalize on the mostly under-utilized space that is DeFi on EOS. Perhaps it's the same reason many people don't jump on every single ETH-Killer that pops up. But Defibox certainly shows a lot of promise. Swap services that are decentralized down the same vein as a Uniswap or SushiSwap. And liquidity providing pools that allow you to earn a share of the 0.3% swap fees that are imposed on each swap, as well as their own stablecoin in USN and of course their own token in BOX. All in all I believe it's another great tool to add to your bag if you're a DeFi King. https://www.forbes.com/sites/kenrapoza/2021/02/21/ethereum-killer-polkadot-whats-so-great-about-it-and-why-buy-it/ https://uniswap.org/ https://app.sushi.com/ https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/stablecoin.asp https://defibox.io/usn https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/defibox **Website:** https://defibox.io/ 2. Yup Yup is a Blockchain Social Media site that rewards your opinion across the web. When you install the extension or link your social accounts to it you can essentially rate everything on the web, from Google Maps listings to this very article. You are rewarded in YUP tokens when others agree with your opinion. Actually a pretty interesting concept for a Social Media site I've not seen before. So what does that mean for me? I promptly went in and gave 5* likes to everything I've ever put on the web lol. I expect you to do the same.  **Website:** https://yup.io/ 3. Organix What is Organix? Organix is -  Organix is an EOS-based protocol for the mint and trading of synthetic assets such as cryptocurrencies, commodities, fiat currencies, indexes, and inverse assets by over-collateralized the OGX tokens. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/organix If you're anything like me you have no idea what the above quote means. But after trying the platform out myself and reading more than a couple articles by the founder of it explaining what they do I actually really started to like them. Organix allows you to trade pretty much anything on their site with little no trading fees (0.2%). https://organixprotocol.medium.com/introducing-the-organix-project-defi-on-eos-b5ce4ebf1dae In the future they plan to support everything from stocks to commodities to binary options but at this time they currently only have synthetic cryptocurrency market. There's a whole lot I can go into with this, and maybe I will in a future article but all the prices are set by oracles that pull from multiple sources. It really is a very interesting project that's worth diving into more. **Website:** https://www.ogx.network/#/ 4. NewDEX I already mentioned it above but NewDEX is the largest decentralized exchange on EOS and has been for quite some time. But the reason I include it here is not just for that reason. Probably the most interesting thing NewDEX does is they have a "Seed" initiative where they specifically fund and help develop new DeFi projects on the EOS blockchain.  NewDEX also has their own token, much like every DEX out there, NDX. The thing that I think is interesting about NDX though is you get 10% of the Defibox protocol revenue, 25% of the Newpool management fees, as well as the Seed investment earnings. So it's a potentially pretty profitable token to hold. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/newdex-token https://newpool.io/ **Website:** https://newdex.io/ 5. Womplay The final dApp I'd like to highlight here is Womplay. If you have Brave Browser you've probably heard of Womplay in one of the thousands of ads they've sent out here recently. Womplay is a site that rewards you for playing popular Mobile and Desktop games. I've used Womplay for about eight months now and my rewards have varied from a high of 6 EOS ($40 @ today's rate) to as low as 0.01 EOS ($0.06).  https://brave.com/ If you're someone that wants to get involved in the EOS ecosystem but doesn't want to spend any money (aka me) this is a great place to start. In my opinion the best way to earn here is to store up your WomBucks over the course of 1-2 weeks then join the pool when you have the most, this will give you the best chance to get the highest earnings. **Website:** https://womplay.io/ Honorary Mentions **Upland** - Once again if you have Brave Browser you've certainly heard of Upland. Upland is a "Blockchain Metaverse" where you can buy/sell/trade virtual properties tied to real addresses. I didn't want to include Upland above as I've only casually played this for the last several months. It is interesting but I wouldn't call it top 5 worthy. **Website**: https://www.upland.me/ **Everipedia** - Everipedia is the blockchain competitor to Wikipedia. While I have nothing against Wikipedia I do believe competent competition is good for anything. Everipedia is currently striving to do that. They have their own token (IQ) and a bevy of articles already on the site. Definitely worth checking out! Website: https://everipedia.org/ https://www.wikipedia.org/ https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/everipedia Well that wraps up the top 5 (+2) EOS dApps in 2021. I certainly had some fun looking into the EOS blockchain as a whole and finding some pretty interesting projects. Once again please let me know if you think I missed any or if I should check any out. Thanks for reading, liking and following! **If you enjoyed this you may enjoy my previous post on the** **Top 5 ETH dApps you need to try****.**  https://www.publish0x.com/of-faucets-and-micro-earnings/top-5-ethereum-eth-dapps-you-need-to-try-xyvypzk?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x Also if you really liked it check out my Twitter - https://twitter.com/AbsoluteUknit

POV: You Are A Chad DeFi Farmer - Farming With BSC On Harvest.Finance I know I'm about six months late on this meme but it doesn't really matter. What does matter is you're about six months early for one of the next big Crypto Things**™**. Or maybe right on time with the recent explosion of BNB coin. Here's what I do know, if you've gotten this far into my post - past the terrible thumbnail and meme-y title and to the content of the article - you're either a judge for the contest or you are very bored. Either way I'm happy to have you here.  https://pastebin.com/raw/TMUMahtf https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/binance-coin Not Your Parent's DeFi Farm I would be lying if I told you I never ventured to Harvest.Finance's door before. Several months ago I got a wild hair in my butt to venture away from the safe halls of UniSwap and stumbled upon Harvest.FInance. I was honestly a little intimidated by the unfamiliar terminology. Instead of diving in and learning what it was all about, I did what any other reasonable person would do...I ran to PancakeSwap and SushiSwap and their flashy colors and familiar design. At the time I was completely content with my decent returns on money I would have had lying around anyway. Boy was that a mistake, as I would swap my assets from one pool to another the profits I'd seen go up quickly evaporated due to the incredible gas fees on the ETH mainnet and general poor decision making. https://app.uniswap.org/#/pool https://pancakeswap.finance/ https://sushi.com/ https://www.bitdeal.net/uniswap-clone-script https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/ethereum Today being forced to learn about Harvest for the potential of some sweet sweet Publish0x cash I see just how stupid I was. How Harvest works is instead of you switching over your crypto manually from one pool to another to ensure the highest yields, Harvest automatically farms the highest yield for you. Harvest started back in September of 2020 with just ETH based farming and as of  April 6 2021 launched their first Binance Chain based farms.  https://www.publish0x.com/publish0x-contests/binancefarmer-writing-contest-and-giveaway-1-dollars-000-cen-xykxewd?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x https://medium.com/harvest-finance/the-harvest-finance-project-338c3e5806fc https://coinmarketcap.com/alexandria/article/what-is-binance-smart-chain Picking the Most Chad Farm**™** If you're a Chad DeFi Farmer, much like the author of this post likes to think he is, you can only pick the most Chad of farms on Harvest.Finance. Now what's the most Chad Farm on Harvest you may ask? There's only one simple answer to this question, highest number good. Now you may be saying, Absolute Unit, you have NO IDEA what bDollar (bDO) is or how it works. Now what I might say back to that is...That's a fair point. I should probably learn what something is before just throwing money at it. https://bdollar.fi/ After doing some learning [googling] from what I understand, bDollar is supposed to be a "multi-pegged stablecoin" and from the price chart on Coingecko it has not been at the $1 mark since the 23rd of March. Now it hasn't been just a little short or a little over, a full $0.2-$0.4 away from $1. This is...Just a little concerning. Maybe highest number best isn't always the best investment strategy. I didn't just do this to bash on bDollar, I really initially planned on checking it out but the more I looked into it the more I got some strange vibes from it. For all I know bDollar could be a great investment opportunity and I'm just an idiot but I will not be investing at this time. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bdollar Picking the Real Most Chad Farm**™** Let's try something a little more tried and true, PancakeSwap. Not quite the same returns but a tested exchange with some pretty good rewards.  https://pancakeswap.finance/ Now if you're unfamiliar with PancakeSwap there's some pretty good info about it here. It's essentially the Binance version of UniSwap or SushiSwap but with some extra features like a lottery, NFTs and other fun things. As of writing this post, over the last 24H it's had over 510,000 transactions and $1,278,099 in fees collected. Needless to say it's a fairly large exchange with a pretty solid base. Now any of the farms would likely be viable but we'll be focusing in on CAKE, which is PancakeSwap's native governance token, as it offers a fairly high yield - 164% APY - and some good stability being backed by the stats I outlined above. https://docs.pancakeswap.finance/ https://www.theverge.com/22310188/nft-explainer-what-is-blockchain-crypto-art-faq https://pancakeswap.info/home https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/pancakeswap Luckily I happened to have a small amount of CAKE in my Binance Chain Wallet as it were. Connecting it to Harvest was extremely easy with the browser extension, all I had to do was select "Connect Wallet" while ensuring I was on the "Binance Smart Chain Farms" section of the website. https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/how-to-get-started-with-binance-smart-chain-bsc Once there all I had to do was select "Pancake", then my chosen asset to farm which was "CAKE", then deposit the full amount and accept about 210 confirmations and signing requests. This was surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. I don't know why but I just assumed it would be harder than just clicking a button. I checked back in after about 1.2 seconds and found out I had already earned a total of 0.000002852 bFARM - or about $0.0007.  I did check in about 12 hours later and found my earnings to have increased to 0.000382226 bFARM - or about $0.09. If we extrapolate that out, ~$0.18/day or $65.7/year of accumulated interest on roughly $266.70 of CAKE. Not too bad for a token I was planning to HODL long term as it were! Final Thoughts Harvest appears to be a great way to earn quality DeFi rewards with minimal effort. While I don't think it's the second coming of Jesus Christ I do think it can be another tool to add to the average DeFi farmer's tool bag to help achieve what every Millennial today wants, financial independence.  One big issue, and I think the reason I walked away initially was the less than flashy website and seemingly confusing rewards system. But the more I read up on Harvest, the more I dove into how it works and why it works the more intrigued I became and the more I realized it's way simpler than I thought. I started to see it wasn't just another fly by night "DeFi program" and saw the immense auditing they had chosen to go through and passed with flying colors. There's quite a few different farms to participate in on Harvest, especially on the ETH side, while they all offer varying rewards I think it's still best to exercise extreme caution when choosing a place to have your money sit. Please be careful and happy farming! #BreadToThePeople **Thanks for reading, liking and following if you enjoyed it. Diving Into Simple Ledger Protocol (SLP) - Bitcoin Cash's Strange Token While doing the grunt work for my article on my Earnings from 5,000 Crypto Twitter Giveaways, I received a mysterious token known as RFND. Upon further research I found out RFND was a token created on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, using Simple Ledger Protocol (SLP). The more I found out about SLP the more I fell in love with this strange token system. During my research I found some valuable projects built on the SLP token system (monthly dividends, airdrops, tipping bots, etc.) as well as some less than valuable projects. Let me know if you have any experience with SLP below or what your opinions are of it, I hope you enjoy! https://www.publish0x.com/of-faucets-and-micro-earnings/i-entered-5000-plus-crypto-twitter-giveawaysheres-what-i-ear-xzywqgp?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x https://simpleledger.info/token/2f400ec19a8893beab8b005adca8b348062eb92bd0a549371aaa7f060459d85c https://simpleledger.cash/ Simple Ledger Protocol Simple Ledger Protocol (SLP) is a simple token system built on top of Bitcoin Cash. SLP was started in 2018 and already has a total of 9,529 tokens created - for reference, according to ledger.com, there were over 200,000 ERC-20 tokens created as of the 23rd of October, 2019. Currently almost 10% of Bitcoin Cash's daily transactions (1,898 of 19,262) involve an SLP token according to simpleledger.info. The current highest market cap token, ZAPT, is over $11,573,314.10 - which puts it in line to be around 300th in market cap size on CoinGecko.  https://www.ledger.com/academy/crypto/what-are-erc20-tokens#:~:text=As%20of%20today%2C%20more%20than,and%20sent%20using%20Ethereum%20transactions. https://simpleledger.info/ https://simpleledger.info/token/ff1b54b2141f81e07e0027d369db6484dea8d94429a635c35d17a7462a659239 https://www.coingecko.com/en To go a little more in depth into how SLP works technically, SLP transactions are like transaction-ception. They are a transaction within a transaction and work by using the OP_RETURN output, which is a part of any standard BCH transaction. When a small, dust, amount of satoshi is sent the transaction also contains the data for the token. SLP tokens also require 0 confirmations and support instant arrival times, meaning no more paying $5 to send my $2 worth of LINK from one wallet to another.  https://live.staticflickr.com/5302/5593596263_5d87404558_b.jpg https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/chainlink Why get involved in SLP? Good question, I can make an easy argument against SLP - Bitcoin Cash isn't necessarily known for being on the cutting edge of technology. At this time it doesn't appear to be quite as robust as ETH or even TRX currently are in their ability to create dApps, but with that being said there are also quite a few arguments for SLP. I don't believe they're trying to compete with ETH or even TRX in trying to create a robust dApp environment. SLP even states on their website their tokens would be best suited for "virtual gaming assets, licenses, digital media rights, gift cards, and company stock shares". Their aim is not to usurp ETH, it's simply to provide a cheap, easy to use alternative in a niche space and they seem to have done a great job in doing just that. Outside of what I covered above their gas fee is essentially zero, a very small amount of BCH is required to send any amount of tokens (whether it's one billion or one). They also already have a decent amount of backing just two years into their project, I already said the top rated token on the memo DEX is at a market cap of over $11 million (which is right around LBRY's market cap size), there's several other tokens hovering at or around that amount on there as well. On that topic the majority of solid token projects supported include monthly/weekly divdends and airdrops. The token I mentioned above, RFND, has a pretty solid dividend portfolio their building - as does SOUR, currently one of the highest priced tokens on SLP (nearly 14k Sats or $0.03/ea). https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/lbry-credits Supported Wallets There are four major ways to store your SLP tokens, I'm only going to cover my two favorites because...they're my favorite. #1 - Zapit.IO, who at this time only support their wallet on mobile but due to it's ease of use and clean UI make it my favorite. They also already support the ability to top up using everything from Cash App to Google Pay. And also currently have a pretty solid referral program so if you're a referral king I'd recommend getting in on that now. On that note if you want to use my referral code it's *absoluteunit*, I think you'll also get the same reward I will for using it. http://zapit.io/#/ https://www.publish0x.com/of-faucets-and-micro-earnings/the-6-types-of-authors-youll-encounter-on-publish0x-xvrmdjd?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x #2 - Memo.Cash. Yes the weird BCH social media website is also the most popular place to hold your SLP tokens. More importantly though is their built-in decentralized exchange where quite a bit of SLP token trading activity goes down. Memo.Cash is where the majority of these SLP tokens will post updates, share airdrop schedules and post general nonsense. I don't want to be political in anyway but I will let you know it does lean one way and you should be able to tell just by going to the site. However I don't really care I'm just there to learn. https://memo.cash/ https://memo.cash/a/e877621a4c Where Can I Get SLP Tokens? I answered this mostly above, memo.cash is definitely the best spot if you're looking to trade or buy SLP tokens. However there's a couple of different exchanges, such as Anycoin.cash, Coinex or Atility that you can use as well. Of those Anycoin.cash lists the most variety of tokens (but lower volume overall) while Coinex and Atility list Spice/HONK/USDH as their only three SLP tokens, albeit they both have higher volume overall. https://www.anycoin.cash/ https://www.coinex.com/register?refer_code=ytgz8 https://www.altilly.com/?a=1036ae https://simpleledger.info/token/4de69e374a8ed21cbddd47f2338cc0f479dc58daa2bbe11cd604ca488eca0ddf https://simpleledger.info/token/7f8889682d57369ed0e32336f8b7e0ffec625a35cca183f4e81fde4e71a538a1 https://simpleledger.info/token/c4b0d62156b3fa5c8f3436079b5394f7edc1bef5dc1cd2f9d0c4d46f82cca479 There are also quite a few Telegram faucet groups - some I'm not allowed to share but are fairly easy to find if you head over to the official SLP Tipping Bot website and look at the top tipped tokens and then do some searching on memo.cash.  https://mintslp.com/ Conclusion I'm glad I was able to investigate and dive into Bitcoin Cash's most promising token system so early into it's development. It seems like there's quite a bit of promise there as well as some early Crypto style things to be seen. There's quite a bit more that I could write about SLP but I wanted to keep this a little shorter and expand more if I feel people want to know about it. The thing that kept popping in my head most while roaming Memo.Cash or searching for more info on SLP was just how much it reminded me of the early days of ETH and Crypto in general. It was almost 2017-esque where every token had a funny name and would eventually moon (shouts out to you Potato Coin, RIP). I can't say if it would be a good idea or not to invest in SLP but it's certainly a blast from the past and an interesting project to look into! http://potatochain.org/#:~:text=Potato%20Coin%20is%20finally%20a,you%20will%20get%20one%20potato. **I hope you enjoyed reading and learning about SLP. Thanks for reading/following and liking the post! Have a great day!**

Someone Just Paid $2.6 Million to Send 0.55 Ethereum ($134) You read that right...Early this morning someone paid a $2.6 Million gas fee to send $134 worth of Ether. This is either the world's most elaborate money laundering scheme or someone just got fired. Either way there's a happy miner out there that just made away with a 10k+ ETH block reward today. I don't think the address that sent it is missing it too much though.. I'd love to just once have the person that made this mistake come out and admit it. I want to know what they look like lol. Hope you enjoyed, short post just wanted to share this!

Earnings From 5,000+ Crypto Twitter Giveaways You've probably seen the accounts on Twitter that will send out tweets that say something like "If you follow 'x' and retweet this, one person will get 'x' amount of dollars". Have you ever wondered what the chances are to win just one of those giveaways? Well no need to wonder anymore. I decided to torture myself and took the last three weeks to enter over 5,000 Crypto Twitter giveaways. Below is what I earned and learned.. What's a Twitter Giveaway? For the uninitiated a Twitter Giveaway is when an account will run a promotion to increase sales, engagement or followers - A giveaway usually involves paying a randomly selected winner in some form of currency for liking/retweeting/following a specific person. The majority of giveaways I entered for this were for Giveaway accounts that paid in Crypto, accounts that already have a decent size following (Usually 6,000+ followers) and charge people to promote their account (increase followers). An example Giveaway tweet is below - Most Giveaway winners are chosen through Pickaw, which is an app that will randomly select a person based on certain criteria (Has Retweeted, Is Following, Etc.)  https://pickaw.app/login What I Earned Overall I won seven giveaways and earned ~$12.50.  $2.50 BTC, $8 ETH, $0.20 XP, $0.70 PIVX, $1.27 ZIL https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/ https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/ https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/experience-points/ https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/pivx/ https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zilliqa/ I also earned 3 account suspensions on my alt and 3 successful appeals lol What I Learned While entering Giveaways is not exactly the most profitable thing to be doing with your spare time - unless you're this guy and make a bot to enter the giveaways for you. It did open my eyes to just how many scammers are on Twitter and how much potential Twitter has for marketing Crypto. I saw the rapid ascent of ZIL due in large part to the hype they were able to create through Twitter campaigns. I also was able to see why some coins that have so much potential remain dormant in their adoption. Which is due in large part to their lack of effort in the Social Media field. https://www.hscott.net/twitter-contest-winning-as-a-service/ I also met some pretty cool people along the way (In the comments I've made a list of the legit Crypto Twitter Giveaway accounts I've found), and met some not so cool people. But most of all I learned even more that the #1 way to earn income is to create quality content. The majority of my giveaways won were due to me coming up with a response to a community event that the organizer liked. Money can be made for creating a small amount of value like retweeting and following someone but chances and income will usually be much higher for creating something valuable. Now would I do this again? Maybe, I think these giveaways are a great way to keep an eye on the Crypto Communities that show promise but right now I'm excited to just turn off my notifications for a little bit.. https://www.tenable.com/blog/scams-exploit-covid-19-giveaways-via-venmo-paypal-and-cash-app https://www.publish0x.com/of-faucets-and-micro-earnings/why-publish0x-is-the-perfect-platform-to-learn-how-to-write-xwjjeg?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=publish0x **I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed doing the legwork and research for it.** This was originally posted on my Publish0x Blog https://www.publish0x.com/@Jhb0294?a=4oeEnVKa0B&tid=readcash
